Great location (close the metro/train/tram) attentive host with lots of suggestions for authentic Portuguese cuisine, and helpful travel advice for site seeing. There are about 75 steps up to the room but we didn’t mind.
This property is exactly as described and Miguel is a wonderful host. Beyond an easy check-in, he offered wonderful suggestions for dining. The property is located in the middle of Augusta Street and all the shopping and restaurants and charms a great location has to offer. I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning and my wine at night on the sliver of balcony that offered a lovely view. The property lists a washer and dryer, and it is both in the same machine, something I had not encountered before. Thanks for a lovely stay!

very nice place the location is great i will come back very soon
Location is fantactic, right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit and see. Location is very walkable but close to all types of transportation.Apartment is filled with light, clean, and spacious.
Great location and a responsive host. We ran into a couple of small issues during our stay, but the owner responded quickly and fixed them right away, which we appreciated. Communication was easy throughout.Just a note that parking isn’t on-site — we used a public lot about a 10-minute walk away that can be reserved online in advance and was reasonably priced. We were able to briefly stop near the apartment to unload bags before parking.
Perfect location for shopping, eating and sight seeing! Host met us at the door to make sure we had all we need. Short scenic walk to waterfront. Beautiful view from apartment. Stairs were good exercise!
This apartment was a perfect location on Rua Augusta which is a bustling pedestrian street leading to the river. Lots of shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Paul's Restaurant for breakfast.
The property was ideally located. We loved the convenience and the amenities. The engagement with the owner and all the personal insights he provided about the area really set this VRBO apart from EVERY other VRBO we have stayed at in the past. I sincerely appreciated him and his insights!
The apartment's location was great. We were close to many restaurants, cafés, and shops. The place was clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. There are a few flights of stairs to climb, so keep that in mind if that may be difficult for you. I would recommend staying here.
We had a fantastic time at the apartment. It is so close to everything by walking. Many great restaurants and shops right at the doorstep! Communication with Miguel was awesome. Very responsive. Will stay again!
We had a great time at apartment. Our host was waiting for us at the door and ensured our stay was comfortable. Great experience.

We loved this apartment. The location was great, just walk out the door and you’re in the middle of everything. Miguel and Sarah were both awesome to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!
Stay was good. Miquel was super helpful, arranged our ride back to the airport
Suggested great places to eat and things to do
Only issue was steep stairs, but if you want that location all the buildings are older and do not have elevators

Exceptional communication from owner in advance and during stay. Location couldn’t be better right in the centre of Lisbon. Adjacent to great restaurants and bars and steps from Metro. Only challenge was 74 steps up the four floors to the apartment. But worth it.
