Recently renovated, the apartment is ideal for your holidays in Viareggio: very close to the sea and the Pineta, it consists of a living room / kitchen with air conditioning, a sofa bed for two people (two single beds) and a 42 inch TV , fully equipped and new kitchen, a double bedroom (with space to place a cot bed for children next to the bed) also with air conditioning and a complete bathroom with shower.
In the area adjacent to the apartment you will find all the services, from bars to restaurants, from pharmacies to supermarkets, without having to move the car.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Der Service der durch den Vermieter angeboten wurden war hervorragend. Bei jedem Problem war er für uns über WhatsApp bequem zu erreichen und hat sich umgehend um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet, selbst ein Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Besonders nett war ein kleiner Obstkorb der für uns zur Anreise breit stand. Kurz um sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche kleine Stadtwohnung nahe des Strandes

Modernisierte, schön eingerichtete kleine Wohnung. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Angenehm mit Klimaanlage. Die Nähe zum Strand und der Strand-Promenade haben wir sehr geschätzt. Der nahe Park lud zum Joggen ein. Es gibt zahlreiche feine Restaurants in der Umgebung. Strasse vor dem Haus ist ziemlich lebhaft.
