4 bedroom all suite country home features a wrap around porch on an acre of land

This architect designed country home features a large front porch and a wonderful space for relaxing. There is a large yard of almost an acre and entertaining spaces galore. Relax under the natural wood ceiling of the octagon shaped porch that has recessed lighting. Wicker seating and tables is a perfect place for evening conversations with friends or family and the dining table on the East side of the porch is a great spot for an evening meal in summer overlooking the front lawn.
On the back of the house there is a large open deck with a bistro set for sunny lunches overlooking the large rear lawn. Stone walls surround the property. An exterior kitchen with a large stainless grill is the perfect place for preparing fresh caught fish from the local market or just burgers and dogs. There is a full rotisserie available for the grill if you even wanted to do the Thanksgiving turkey.

Inside this home there is a full gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare anything from breakfast to a very special meal. A gas 6 burner cooktop and Italian double oven is available for cooking. There is a stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water dispenser. The dishwasher is a double drawer high efficiency unit. There is also a trash compactor, garbage disposal, coffee makers (full size and Keruig), double sink, bar sink and all cookware. The kitchen floors are limestone and the countertops are granite. There is a large flat panel TV with cable TV in the kitchen.
The dining room off the kitchen has a large formal table with seating for 8. The entire 1st floor has air conditioning in every room.

The living room is a large spacious area with mahogany paneling and floors. It features a carved gas insert fireplace at one end and a library at the other. There is a baby grand piano in the room and it opens out to the large wrap around covered porch.
Off the hall there is a large closet with a full sized washer and dryer.
There is also a tiled half bath and coat closet on this floor.
The grand staircase extends up three floors with a custom inlay of a compass rose on the second floor and a large brass chandelier. Nautical art features picture lights that act as night lighting.

The second floor has two bedroom suites. The Master suite features a queen size mahogany bed and central air. This room also has a large screen TV with cable TV, DVD Player and a gas fireplace (in season). Wood floors and an expanse of light fills this room. There is a dresser and a large cedar lined closet. Relax on the comfortable leather sofa. Off the Master suite bedroom is the Master bath. The bathroom features green marble floors, countertops and shower. The oversized shower features three showerheads and two separate shower controls. A whirlpool tub is also located in this bathroom for soaking and relaxing.

The other suite on this floor features a large room set in European hotel style. This room has cathedral ceilings and a cedar lined closet. This room has central air. The queen sized bed is in one side of the carpeted room and the other end opens to a whirlpool tub/ shower and pedestal sink with granite floors and tile. There is a separate room for the WC.

The third floor loft suite features a full size bed and a very large seating area. This can be somewhere for a small gathering of friends or just time away to read and relax. A large comfortable sectional sofa and coffee table are on this floor. This suite has it's own private full bathroom featuring tile floors and a tub/shower. This suite has its own closet and central air conditioning.

The lower level guest suite is located via a private stairway off the 1st floor hall. It features an oak stair that enters to a hallway featuring inlaid Italian tile. Enter the suite and one side of the room features a queen size bed. There is a large cedar lined closet on this side. The other side has its own sitting area with a loveseat, coffee table and chair. This has its own central air conditioning. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player in this room. This suite has its own large private bath with a tub/shower and pedestal sink.

The house has a monitored Fire alarm system with carbon monoxide detectors. There is a home alarm system that is remotely deactivated prior to guest arrival and immediately following. There are exterior security cameras that view the public areas of the property (driveway and garage window) and Ring doorbells (front and rear door).
