Suite 110 is a ground floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. Perfect spot to see sunsets over the lake. This unit offers one bedroom with a Queen-size bed and one bathroom. Suite 110 has a kitchenette all ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, a gas-log fireplace, and a TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private patio with direct access to our private beach.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Very nice location

Very nice unit, a bit dated on interior but overall it was exactly what was needed. Boyne City was busy that weekend, but I had a wonderful time and always nice to have a very clean place to come back to after being out and about all day long.

A slice of paradise.

Wonderful spot to enjoy Lake Charlevoix. A bit of a mix up about having my small kayak trailer on the premises. The girl in the management office let me know that there had been "complaints". I took care of it at the Boyne City Boat Yard at a cost of $10 per day (Charlie and Tanner there were wonderful). Please make sure that future guests know about this rule.

It was so super relaxing to walk out, right to the beach, or to sit and watch the stars at night. The inside was filled with charming antiques and a lot of special decor. Roomy and cozy. The kids just loved swimming at sunset. It was great walking distance to some restaurants and stores. Truly peaceful and a great spot to stay! Close driving to Charlevoix and Petosky.

Also, had to experiment to find which switch worked on which light (one appeared to operate nothing).

We are usually last minute so if we can’t get the room we want we end up with 110. We didn’t leave a tip for the cleaners because it wasn’t clean. The rugs in the kitchen are very dirty. . It hasn’t been changed in a very long time ! It felt very dirty. The tub in the bathroom is very dirty. The wall paper and the furniture is very old and needs updating. You can’t see in the mirror in the bedroom. People might like the outdated look... I don’t know. Actually we left a note if you were ever interested in selling. We would gut it and updated it top to bottom.
