School field trip

We go every year on a senior field trip to Orlando. This house was probably the most well equipped. The students had something to do everywhere they turned and the community club house was great! The location was easy to navigate and the house was well appointed. We will definitely stay here again. Kara

My family recently stayed at this property for our annual cousin getaway, and overall, we had a great experience. The house had tons of space, which was perfect for our large group of 25. Everyone had room to spread out, and the private pool and pool table were big hits with both the kids and adults. The resort amenities were also a fantastic bonus and just a short walk or drive from the house. We enjoyed the resort pool with slides and lazy river, arcade and sand volleyball court. We also appreciated the convenient location, especially being so close to grocery stores, which made restocking easy. The host was very responsive and even checked in with us several times during our stay.That said, there were a couple of things to keep in mind if you’re planning a stay with a large group. While the home sleeps 25, parking was limited to just a 2-car driveway, which made parking a bit tricky. Fortunately we found parking on the street a short walk from the house. Also, the kitchen could have been better equipped for large group meals. Having a few more cooking essentials like pans, mixing bowls, etc. would have made preparing food a bit easier. Despite those few challenges, we really enjoyed our time and would absolutely consider staying here again.

The house was exactly how is was listed. All the rooms was unique and well designed. Checking in was easy but because check in time are all at 4pm the line was long and we were in the line for about 30mins. Everyone (kids and adults) love the pool the house in general. The kitchen was not completely stocked with all cooking equipment, no baking pans for cookies, my niece had to purchase a cookie sheet. There was no kitchen towels or dish cloth, only glass ware and ceramic wares. There’s like 4 bedrooms that catered to kids and a crib but no kid friendly dish wares. My suggestion would be to invest in plastic dishwasher safe cups, bowls and plates for the kiddos (I was terrified when I saw there was no plastic dish wares). The linens on the beds in some of the rooms was dingy with stains, it appeared to have been washed but the stains and dinginess, we were not fans of. Overall we enjoyed the place and would come back. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place.
