Unexpected costs

Property was great but thermostat is restricted to no lower than 72 degrees. There is also an undisclosed 20 per car fee to get into the resort. And then i got an email saying we damaged a piece of furniture that was like that when we got there.

Hi Carol Thank you for your feedback ā€” we're glad to hear you enjoyed the property overall. To clarify a couple of points: the thermostat is indeed restricted for system protection, but it can be adjusted down to 72Ā°F, which is standard for many homes in the area to prevent AC freezing. Regarding the $20 per car resort entry fee, this is included in the listing description and is charged directly by the resort for all guests for all homes. As for the damage report, we understand how frustrating that can be. This is why we kindly ask all guests to notify us of any damage or issues at check-in, so we can document them right away and avoid any confusion later. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will use them to continue improving the guest experience. Best regards, Kieran United Vacation Homes
