Chiara in Pantheon apartment with terrace

Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace a few steps from the Pantheon located on the third floor, with a lift (you have to walk up to the first floor). The palace was built in 1582 and was initially a monastery of the "Franciscan" nuns.



The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (150x190), living room with fireplace and double sofa bed  (140 x 190), table with chairs, kitchen, bathroom. All rooms have access to the terrace (max 2 + 2 person - 50 mq).



The terrace is equipped with table with chairs and umbrella, sun loungers and there are numerous plants (30 mq)



The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and Air Conditioning \ Heating and Smart TV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, hob and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide linens and towels for all guests.



The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows to explore on foot many tourist attractions.

The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).



Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.

This was in the ideal location - we walked EVERYWHERE!!! Pantheon was only a 5 minute walk, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, St Peter’s - were all walking distance! We went in August which was crazy HOT, this place has two mini splits so cooled the place down quickly! The patio was adorable but only could enjoy it after dark due to the heat. Host left some goodies for us which was a nice touch. I definitely would recommend this place!

Memorable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Vatican City, and the Colosseum. The neighborhood was peaceful at night, and we loved being surrounded by excellent restaurants. All the amenities were provided and we felt like home.

We liked the terrace. Also, there is what is needed for cooking small meals. The bed is ok (although a better mattress would be appreciated). The heating works well and the location is very central. A nice mattress would be nice. A set of suggestions -specially on restaurants, groceries- would be also good. The decoration is a bit weird.

Return Visit to Roma

The apartment was perfectly located. Easy access to the property with very good instructions. The apartment was clean with all household items. Terrace was comfortable with two lounges and dining table. perfect a relaxation before heading out in the evening. Plenty of towels on hand. shower facitities were greeat too. Tow of us were staying although it sleeps four I thnk it would have been a little too much as there is only one bathroom but for us it was great. We we were woken early morning with he banging a drilling from the property above or around. this went on for three hours. we contacted the host but no reply which was disappointing! The accommodation and location was ideal. all need were met and for the age of the building there very is little to improve and we would most certainly return.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at Chiara in Pantheon. The property was clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the terrace. The location is ideal, within walking distance of all the major sites in central Rome. We would stay there again.
