-two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm) sharing a bathroom with bathtub;
-a master suite with queen-size bed (160 cm) and private bathroom with walk-in shower;
-a separate WC.

Second floor

-a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm);
-a bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and adjoining shower room;
-a TV room, ideal for movie nights or for children;
-an additional bathroom with shower;
-an extra bedroom with double bed (140 cm);
-a separate WC.

Capacity

With its generous volumes and multiple living spaces, the villa can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €3,000 will be required for the rental. Managed via the secure online service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect the usage limits of your credit card.
Within 7 days after your departure, and subject to compliance with the general rental conditions as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
