Welcome to Wanderlust Windsor Hills!
This is what you've been searching for! Our 3 bed 3 bath home has a private pool with free heat and is a newly refreshed vacation rental in the desirable and upscale gated community of Windsor Hills Resort- only 2 miles to Disney! This gorgeous home has the perfect set-up for the entire family!

HOME FEATURES:

*3 spacious bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom
-Master bedroom (upper level)- King sized bed with 50" TV, and the ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub with shower.
-Main bedroom (lower level)- Queen sized bed and a 32" TV. The lower level bathroom has a walk-in shower.
-Upstairs bedroom is decorated in a fun ocean animal theme and has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle bed - perfect for four kids! It is also equipped with a big 50" TV and 2 gaming chairs. Lots of books in the dresser drawers for bed time stories or teens reading by the pool.
The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combo easy for bathing little ones. A step stool is provided for their access to the sink.
All bathrooms have hair dryers under the sinks. Master bath additionally has a hair straightener and massage gun (for after those long days at the parks).
*Kitchen with beautiful granite tile and new stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with everything you need. We offer a Keurig coffee pot (with the option for a pod/ single serve cup), toaster, waffle maker, blender, wine glasses, baking sheets, and more!
Seating for 6 at the full size dining table as well as 3 additional counter bar stools.

*Private, west-facing splash pool (HEAT INCLUDED!) has been recently resurfaced with a newly paved screened-in patio that backs to a scenic open grassy area with no direct rear neighbors.

*Starter items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry/dishwasher pods, garbage bags, coffee pods, and paper towel are included in your stay!

*MORE HOME AMENITIES TO ENJOY: Free WiFi, cable TV, DVD player and movies, indoor and outdoor games, Ring doorbell security, Nest thermostat, full size washer and dryer, outdoor grill, iron and ironing board, high chair, pack-n-play (portable crib), stair gate, kids dishes/utensils, umbrella stroller, double stroller, puddle jumpers/ life jackets, pool/beach toys, all bed linens, bath towels, pool towels and more!

We booked this stay last minute, and Lesley was so helpful with timely communication in answering our questions and providing check-in/check-out details and facilitating parking passes for the resort. The home was clean and comfortable--it was the perfect place to relax after time in busy Orlando attractions. So convenient and cute!

The condo was adorable and spotless! We loved having our own private pool, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes from the parks, which made everything so convenient. The property’s main pool is also beautiful, and we enjoyed taking a day off between park visits to relax there. Stephen and Lesley were wonderful to book with and made the entire experience completely stress-free. This was our second stay here, and we’ll definitely be back again!

We had a great week at Wanderlust. The property was very clean and just enough room for our party of 6. It was very helpful for each room to have its own bath. Great place in a great location!

Stayed while visiting extended family in Wintergarden and the place was great! Was there during the cold snap, so didn't get to use the water park/pool, but loved the convenience and security the subdivision has. The condo was clean and the owners were very helpful in ensuring our stay went well! Would definitely recommend and stay again for future visits.

It was a great stay! The owners were wonderful to work with and the house was stocked really quite well especially having a toddler! The resort has great amenities, some are a bit worn like the arcade but overall still a great time and would go back again!!

Magical Family Vacation

We stayed here the December 2025 with four adults and three children under five. This house was perfect for our family. The grandparents would drop us off at the Disney parks each morning and it was a quick drive. Depending on the time you leave for the parks, there may be some traffic but nothing too inconvenient. It was very convenient to be located on the way from a Walmart and Starbucks as well. There are also many options for take out food and dining in the area as well. The property is very clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed using the pool out back everyday between going to the parks. Kitchen had all the tools and utensils we needed to start cooking on the first day. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Disney.

Loved our stay!

The property was so conveniently located! The townhouse was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (or didn’t even realize we needed). The resort pool and amenities were a fun bonus. The Devries were incredibly responsive with inquiries and needs before and during our stay— it was fantastic to know they were just a text or call away if we needed anything or if something came up. Fantastic townhome near Disney

Great townhome! We had a great time with our family for a week in Orlando! There was plenty for all ages at the community pool and the house is well stocked including plenty of games in case of rain. Communication with the property owners was incredibly fast, they were so responsive and helpful for all our needs. When our kids noticed the PS4 chargers were missing, the owner shipped some new ones that arrived later that day!

Great way to start the New Year!

Always love a stay at Windsor Hills and this townhouse was just as great as the rest. We felt right at home with a few games provided and coloring books with crayons. Some of the children’s books are ones we have at home too so my children thought that was fun. Even though it was only 51 degrees on our first night the kids had fun in the warmed up splash pool. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Our stay at Wanderlust was fantastic! The owners were really helpful and answered all of our questions. The townhouse was very nicely kept and updated. The place is bright and very inviting. It had enough room for two families to be there and be comfortable. The private pool was really for the kids to swim in all day plus being able to use the resort pool and other amenities. It is super close to the Disney parks and Universal Studios which was a major draw to book the place. It’s a wonderful gated community which was really nicely kept and made us feel really safe. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Perfect for families!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our Disney trip! We loved the resort pool in the afternoons and the easy drive to the parks each day. Plenty of shopping and options close by to grab dinner or groceries on our way home. The condo was great for our family! Plenty of living space and the kids loved the bunk bed option and the private pool! It was a great activity for them after a long day at the parks without having to get all the gear and go back out. We never felt cramped like a hotel room, and the kitchen space was amazing to have so that we could get groceries and not have to eat out every night. The owners were super responsive and easy to talk to through the booking process. We also loved the gated community and security aspect of the neighborhood. We had a wonderful experience!!

Fabulous! Will stay again!

We had a wonderful week’s stay at Wanderlust in Windsor Hills. We have been staying in Windsor Hills for 17 years (the location is superb, the gated community feels so safe and the community pool and facilities are excellent) and this is one of our favourite houses. It is not overlooked at the back which is very welcome when sitting out enjoying the evening sun by the pool. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped – great kitchen and comfy beds! I loved the thoughtful things making life easier for guests – the labels on the switches / starter packs of dishwasher tablets and laundry supplies / condiments so you don’t have to buy a full pack of something that will get used once or twice. Steve was very responsive to questions and requests and was so accommodating in every way from booking, checking in, during our stay and then checking out – and afterwards when he was so helpful with a parcel that arrived after we had checked out. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location next to Disney!

Our family of 3 (w/ 13 yo son) had a great week at this property. The location near Disney is as close as possible without being in Disney Resort which we found to be ideal. The property has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, soap, detergent, etc - plenty for our family staying a week. Filtered water from the fridge! Kids bedroom has PS and some games. The attached pool is great although we didn't really have time to enjoy it but it was still a great place to hang out after returning from the parks. The community pool is great if you have kids or teens. Water slides and kids area is awesome! The house provides beach towels too! My only negative (and it's minor) is that the bath towels were very few and low quality so expect to do laundry. Good news is there is washer dryer and some detergent! This townhome is so much better than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend this place! Great value, great location.

Comfortable setting in a great location

Our stay at Wanderlust was perfect for our group. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and supplies such as pool towels were plentiful. There was a closet of games that our family utilized every night. The location was great within the community and the splash pool provided much needed relief for our tired feet at night. Check in was easy and the hosts were extremely responsive.

Fabulous Townhouse with its own pool!

Had a wonderful time with my family at this beautiful townhouse with its own private pool. Had everything we needed and we really enjoyed having a comfortable stay in a relaxing space vs a hotel. We really enjoyed our time at the townhome!! We have never been to Windsor Hills before. We felt very safe and everything was clean and tidy. It is nicely decorated and kid friendly which is so nice! The townhome itself was very nice and kept up. We had no major issues at all and would definitely stay again! The owners were very friendly. The Windsor hills resort pool was great and the townhomes personal pool was an added bonus! The splash pad was too cold but we just avoided that area! The only cons we had were there were no paper towels the entire stay, we ran out of toilet paper, the laundry pods were empty, the rolling bed underneath was broken, and the coffee pot leaked water all over the counter. We did not feel any of these were a big deal to us and definitely did not impact our quality of stay! It was a great place and we would book with these owners again in the future! Thank you for the accommodations!!

Nice home away from home!

The Wanderlust property in Windsor Hills was an ideal location for our quick vacation! The accommodations were just right for 2 adults and 3 children. The property was nicely decorated, very clean, and the check-in/check-out process was simple. The private pool was perfect for late evenings after a day of play. The resort’s pool and water park were also a welcomed addition to our visit. The location of the resort was EVERYTHING! Restaurants and stores were within a short distance, and the theme parks were less than 30 minutes away. We even made a day trip to Cocoa Beach before our departure. Can’t wait to return!
