The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Remove any used bed sheets and place them on the floor with any unclean towels, so the cleaning staff will know which items to wash for the next tenants.
Please vacate the property on the designated day by 11:00 a.m. Please text me at (239) 222-8951 to confirm that you have left the unit. Leave the keys in the silverware drawer.

I am originally from Rhode Island. I run two accounting firms. My husband owned multiple apartment complexes in Rhode Island for 40 years. We recently sold those properties and purchased four condos on Little Hickory Island. We are experienced landlords but new to the Florida market. Since we live in the area, we are owner-owned and managed. We absolutely love Florida!

It is a quiet location at the end of the peninsula. We have beautiful sunsets. This property is right on the beach, and you can easily walk the beach for miles. Yet this location is close enough to some fantastic restaurants.
