Lake Michigan Condo on Little Traverse Bay in Petoskey

This charming First Floor condo overlooks the sandy beaches of Little Traverse Bay. It is located near the center of a 26 mile bike path that connects Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The master bedroom and living room each have a private deck and 12 feet of windows for spectacular sunset views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a second full bathroom off the main living area.

Tannery Creek Condominiums are adjacent to Petoskey State Park, tucked away in a private area, and within walking distance to the historic community of Bay View with their wonderful summer music/cultural programs. Only 40 minutes south of Mackinaw Island, and a 15 minute drive to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs.

Restrictions: No Pets. No Smoking. No RVs, boats or trailers are permitted on the premises at any time.

Beautiful condo with direct views of the bay and beyond

Very quiet end unit on the ground floor. Moving in and out was easy with a level sidewalk to the nearby parking area. Gorgeous unobstructed bay views from every room. The condo was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The king bed was luxurious and comfortable. Hope to stay again someday.

The location is perfect. The view is beautiful! The grounds are very nice. The unit is okay. The furnishings and decor were very nice. It was a little disconcerting to find ant traps on the counter and mouse droppings in the utensil drawer, but luckily no critters. There is no sound deadening between floors and it sounded like the kids upstairs were playing basketball. The water smells really awful. And lastly, the owner added a rule that we couldn’t keep our electric bikes on the covered back deck, but instead on the bike racks behind the dumpster - maybe not important to everyone, but it was to us. I would still recommend it because the location and view are outstanding!

I am so sorry that you had these issues during your stay. We were not aware of the mouse issue or water issue and could have taken action if you had contacted us during your stay. As far as the ant traps, its a first floor unit and they are there as a precautionary measure and shouldn't interfere with your comfort. The other issues you had are out of our control and i apologize for that. Our condo association requires renters to use the bike racks we have installed for bike storage. I am glad you enjoyed the location and hope you can give us a chance to do better next time.

Excellent location right next to Petoskey State Park

Very clean and everything is as described and shown in the pictures. The 1st floor end unit with two private decks and a direct view of the Little Traverse Bay was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils to cook anything we desired. Owners quickly responded to our emails. No problems at all. We would certainly rent again when we are in the Petoskey area.

Beautiful relaxing waterfront setting!

This location is perfect for a vacation on the water. Bike trail in front, pool, property is on the beach halfway between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. It couldn’t be a more perfect location. We loved the location and the condo was immaculate with everything we needed.
