New construction on the Island located across from the famous Boat House Grill and less than ½ of a mile from Nautical Resort and Pool! This property boasts luxury with views enjoyed from both inside and out. The upstairs has an open concept with a chefs style kitchen. You can entertain in style with Neon lighting and Alexa to set the mood. Master sanctuary has views, is very large, comfortable and includes full use of the Peloton bike to keep you fit without leaving the home. Downstairs Guest Suite has its own entrance, two queen beds, built-in wet bar and private bathroom. The twin beds can easily be converted into a King with the conversion kit provided. This property is great for multiple couples. The rooftop deck will be the hang out destination with the built-in gas firepit and outdoor sectional couch. Upstairs you will enjoy 360 views of the lake, city lights and mountains. Property comes with exclusive access to use the Nautical pool and private boat ramp. Plus, the home will be professionally cleaned every two weeks during your visit AND includes the 50-foot garage on the right and will be empty for your full usage.
