Beautiful home, as described. Perfect location to explore everything Albuquerque has to offer. Easy access, parking etc. Enjoyed the hot tub as a bonus! Would definitely stay again.
The house was exactly as expected. The Hot tub was ready to go when we got there which was much appreciated. All the needed amenities, comfortable bed. Great location. We had a minor leak and the host got it fixed right away, without interrupting our plans. I would definitely recommend this stay.
Casa de Kokopelli is such a cute place, and so comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better. It felt almost like home. We had everything we needed and more, so we could just explore and relax.
The host was friendly and had great communication! The location was perfect and we especially appreciated the child amenities like high chair and playpen that were available. It made for a great experience!
Home was perfectly located as a base for all off our activities- visits to old town, the petroglyph trails, and a hot air balloon ride. A great place to stay!
This was a great stay. Lots of extra nice perks. Beds were super comfortable and laundry facilities were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
Lovely house right near Old Town Albuquerque. House was very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Super clean as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Very quick stay but in the heart of everything. Owner went above and beyond to make our short stay welcoming and even met me later to pick up our daughters ipad she left earlier in the trip.
Close to old town and downtown on a quiet residential street. Seemed to be a safe location, yet close enough to main streets to make getting around easy.
Born & Raised just outside Albuquerque, New Mexico, I grew up in a small town called Bosque Farms. I enjoy being outdoors, running, traveling, and teaching fitness classes around the city. I always hoped to one day own a property like this one. I always enjoy unique Airbnb's and tend to have the best trips when I can find a place to make my own for a short period of time. I enjoy providing a clean, affordable, spacious, and safe space for both individuals and families to enjoy while visiting our city!
Why they chose this property
Our downtown neighborhood offers a sense of community and a variety of local businesses, parks, coffee shops, and restaurants. I enjoy that the property is centrally located within the city and offers a true New Mexico feel.
What makes this property unique
This property features brick floors throughout the first level, and exposed ceiling beams both downstairs and upstairs. Its unique characteristics align with the Spanish-style architecture that is found all over the city. It is a mix between both modern and western home styles.
