Great location for exploring this area of Florida. A lovely property with everything you need, a great host, good communication, a nice neighbourhood and a lovely pool. We just wanted to stay.

This was our second stay at this townhouse, mainly due to location, layout, decor, amenities and helpfulness of the property manager.

Very quiet and close to Hwy 95. Beaches about 15 minutes away and Old St. Augustine and Jacksonville about 20 minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping. This immaculate Air B&B was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and right across the street from the pool and gym. We had an issue with the TV turning on and Michelle, the owner, responded quickly to correct the issue. I have plan to rent again in November.

Great Location

We stayed here temporarily while waiting to move into our house. The space was perfect for us and we enjoyed our time here. The property manager, Michelle was helpful and accommodating. Although, due to weather we didn’t get to use the amenities they looked really nice. Overall, it was clean and we would recommend!

Great townhouse

Well appointed spacious townhouse with 2 primary bedroom, including 2 1/2 bathrooms. Nice decor. Garage. Pool and gym directly across from townhouse - 15 second walk! Great host!

Property was nice and clean, lots of amenities. Having the pool and workout room right across the street was a huge perk. Place was clean, nicely decorated and loved the location. Convienient to Nocatee, golfing, the beach, St.Agustine and walking distance to restraunts. The property manager was very nice and had a quick response to all my questions. We loved our time vacationing, with a great place to stay and will hopefully be back soon!

I am so glad I chose to stay here. It was so clean and welcoming. It was my daughters 18th birthday trip and they even got her some cupcakes and a balloon!!! I would definitely stay again!!
