Stunning 4 bedroom rental home located near the beach in La Paz, Mexico! Perfectly suited for families or large groups seeking a relaxing vacation, this spacious rental is fully equipped with all the amenities. The gourmet open kitchen offers ample space and amenities to cook and multiple seating options through out the house. Relish breathtaking sunsets and water views from the rooftop terrace, grill fresh seafood on the outdoor BBQ, or unwind in the serenity of your own private swimming pool. We offer a spacious bedroom suite on the top floor, complete with a king bed and private balcony boasting beautiful panoramic views. The main floor houses a guest room with private entrance and bathroom, overlooking the pool, as well as two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. It's a short drive from vibrant downtown La Paz, and a walking distance to Marina Palmira. Private and gated parking for 1 car is included, plus additional parking spaces available outside the property for free.

What a great house. Can't beat the view of downtown La Paz, the bay, and surrounding area. The sunsets were fantastic! Nice pool and excellent outdoor deck area, with shade cover for chairs, sofa, and dining area. Nice covered backyard patio too. Kitchen, furniture, and appliances all modern and good quality. Laundry room with washer and drier. House was very clean as well. Good security with closable driveway garage door w remote. Of the 4 bedooms, 2 are OK with no view, while the other 2 have views and very nice. Upstairs primary bedroom w king bed is a delight - spacious, private, with great views (right from the bed), very nice bathroom, and small outdoor sitting area. 4th bedroom is good size with nice view as well, with full bath but accessible via exterior door only. Location, 2 mi to center of town on the Malacon, about a 10 min drive. House is up in the hills with new homes being built, and currently on unpaved road. One delivery driver had hard time finding the place. Overall, one of the best rentals in town. Good communication with owner and property manager. Price is a little high for La Paz. Would definitely stay again!
