Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Sarah rustad
I’m from North Dakota, but I moved to upstate New York in January 2025. I visited the Adirondack region and fell in love and decided I should buy a house I can live in some day, or at least a visit when I’m not working!
Why they chose this property
I love that the blueberry hills hiking and mountain biking trails are nearby and basically walkable. The town is small, but adorable. Has a great gas station, pharmacy, grocery store, and I love the Deers Head Inn for a nice meal out or a drink!
What makes this property unique
Feels very private on the back porch/yard area. There is a cute treehouse I put a rocking chair in. There is an area above the garage that I have an easel with painting supplies in for guests to use. That is also where I work out when I’m there!
