Villa recently renovated (June 2016) in Moraira, just 350 m from the village and 800 metres from the beach. With a plot of 1000 m2. Pool. Parking for 2-3 cars.

The House consists of

porch,
terrace,
wide living - dining room with fireplace,
separate kitchen,
2 shower-rooms (one en-suite) and
3 double bedrooms.
Air conditioning (hot and cold) in 2 bedrooms and lounge. Internet Wifi.


Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces.

PRICE LIST
The prices are for the villa per week and include bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and final cleaning.

Easter, Christmas and New Year, supplement of 100 €.

Arrival and departure day is on a Saturday.

The prices in low season (November to March) are for a maximum of 4 people. Each additional person has a charge of 25 €/week.

EXTRAS (optional):

Sofa-bed (7th-8th person), 100 €/week.

Baby cot including bedding, 25 €

High chair, 25 €

Internet Wi-Fi. June to end of September included. Other period, 25 €

PAYMENT

30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Refundable security bond of 200 €.

Fabulous property, great location

Really enjoyed our stay in this villa. We know the area but we have never stayed so close to the front so it was brilliant being able to walk out to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach.

Fantastic villa, excellent value

The villa is really well located, with everything you’d need, and was spotlessly clean. It’s actually better in real life than in the photos, and was well laid out and cosy.

Lovely Villa

We have just returned from two weeks at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we needed to make the most of our holiday but the best part was being able to walk into Moraira in only a few minutes to enjoy the many restaurants

Amazing Holiday

Casa Campos was such a beautiful villa in a quiet area. We enjoyed our time as a family relaxing in the pool and sunbathing. The shops, bars and restaurants were all so easy to walk to and the beach was so close also! I have never been to Moraira before and didn’t realise how beautiful it was. All of us had such a great time.

Wonderful stay

Communication with Marisa & Julian was very straight forward. Access to the Villa was easy and it was just as described - a lovely oasis. We had a wonderful stay and although we always hire a car it’s so nice not to have to drive to bars/restaurants in the evening as it’s all within easy walking distance. It’s our 4th time to the area and hopefully we will return soon!😁

Great Villa, Great Location

We enjoyed a nice week at the villa. It was a pity we’d picked a week where the weather was rather cloudy and a little rain. The villa was lovely and clean and suited us perfectly and so so near to the town. A shame the pool was empty when we arrived and was only useable towards the end of the week, but the weather wasn’t permitting anyway. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Marisa.

Beautiful Villa!

We have visited Moraira several times before and this is the best villa we have stayed in. The villa was immaculate inside and out and had everything you could possibly want for a relaxing family holiday. The location was perfect, an easy 5 minute walk to the town, beach and restaurants. The supermarkets were also only a five minute walk away. The communication with Marisa was always very prompt and efficient. We had such a lovely holiday and hope to return again soon.

Outstanding holiday villa

We have been to Moraira for many years and stayed in different areas of the town. This villa was the best we have stayed in! The photos are exactly as shows,it is beautiful,well looked after and modern. The pool area is fantastic and maintained to very high standard. It was fully equipped and everything we required. A quick 4 minute walk into town and we did not need a car this year as we where so close to town and Pepe just around the corner. The villa is in a lovely street, safe and secure. Marisa is absolutley fantastic so kind and helpful answering questions prior to booking and during our stay. We have already booked for next year. We could not fault anything and cannot wait to return!

Beautiful villa

Villa was spotless when we arrived. The inside of the property is light and airy but also has air conditioning in the lounge area and two of the bedrooms for when the temperature rises. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The pool area receives sun from early morning to late afternoon so you can sunbathe and swim all day. Although villa is located a few minutes from the amenities in Moraira it is a peaceful spot and we all had a relaxing holiday. Only improvements that could be made would be full length mirrors in the bedrooms, some drawer space in the en-suite bedroom and a few more coffee mugs in the kitchen. Overall, we all had a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

Location location location

This was our fourth time in Moraira and the town itself never disappoints. I would nearly call it a hidden gem. The house is about 10 mins walk maybe from the town and there are a couple of supermarkets within 5 min walk. It's really a great location for hanging out in the town in the evenings, which we did a lot of, or walking down to the beach, etc. It gave a lot of freedom for everyone to roam around as they saw fit. The house itself is very good. We enjoyed the pool (which was plenty big for a family of five), ping pong, the BBQ, and the loungers. The kitchen has everything you need as well. I would also like to call out the flexibility shown by the hosts as we intended to go here in 2020 but Covid struck and our booking changes were accommodated without question which was much appreciated during this trying time. We definitely recommend this house and the hosts.

Lovely!

The villa is brilliantly clean, modern and very well equipped, set in a beautiful garden. It's within an easy 10/15 minute walk to an abundance of bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach, which we visited evey day. There is a landtrain that takes you to the neighbouring beaches which is a fun trip out. You really good be without a car here. The swimming pool is a great size, and the steps in were great for my 2 young children, much better than just having a ladder, as others do. They also loved the selection of rubber rings and lilos that had been left in the garden. The only things to note for future improvements would be to add air con to the twin room as it was very hot for my girls and they did wake over night; some more hangers in the wardrobes would be very useful as there's so much space, especially some clippy ones for skirts; a dressing table mirror in the main bedroom; and the mattresses in both doubles are very near the end of their lives with the springs starting to stick out. We had a really wonderful, comfortable holiday, and wouldn't hesitate to book again (if the mattresses are replaced).

The mattress of the double bedroom with the en-suite shower-room was bought last year, the ones on the twin bedroom are not old either. We will check the ones on the other double bedrom and will replace them if they are not good.

Holiday August 2022

The description of the property was excellent. The property was situated within walking distance of the town, with a lot of choice for places to eat. It was about an hour from Alicante Airport with an easy route for those looking to hire a car. The nearest supermarket was within walking distance and it has a good stock of local food with brands from the UK. Contact with the property manager was excellent. There was an issue with the dishwasher on our arrival, and following a quick call to the manager a new machine was ordered and fitted very quickly. The villa was lovely with nice views of the local scenery and the sea from the roof top. Would definitely rebook when visiting next.
