It is close enough to water taxi transportation, few minutes walk to main attractions like Rialto bridge, Ebraic district, Santa Maria dei Miracoli Chruch and right in front of Cà Pesaro Art Gallery, but tucked away from the primary tourist promenade. Sestiere Canareggio (the district) is perfectly served, you find cafes, bars and supermarkets. The city offers many restaurants and “bacari” (little taverns) where you can taste the typical dishes of the venetian tradition.
