ALL AROUND PERFECTION!!

I took a solo trip (I highly recommend a solo trip if you are looking for a reset/refresh. This place was immaculate. I only wish I could have stayed longer and I was there for 3 nights. The location was great- close to shops and restaurants. I felt very safe and happy here!

Great location

The apartment was smaller then expected and if 4 adults stay know the second bed is a blow up mattress.and there is no doors so there is no privacy. The location is fantastic and the place was clean and well maintained .

We loved the privacy, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the rental. The location is very good, even though it is on the ICW side it is still a short walk to beach access. You can watch watercraft on the ICW from the window. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Did I mention that the rental is updated and spotlessly clean? Also, I cannot overstate the importance of the private parking, especially on weekend. Communication with the office was very good. We would definitely stay again.

Mismanaged - great space

Booked online a few days before stay - was immediately charged for stay with no refund then the TechTeam insisted I email my Drivers license or Passport to them. I refused and asked to come by the office to present my ID. When I arrived they still insisted on uploading my ID to their computer. I am careful and I was concerned about identity theft they would not refund my money - until I decided to leave and dispute the charges - then they compromised on what they needed to copy and keep of my private information. I travel frequently and have never had a hotel insist on copying and retaining on computer my personal data. Then when I tried to cook breakfast on the 2 burner stove only one half of one burner worked. I informed TechTeam but did not hear anything back. On the second morning of the stay at 755 am the garage doors below were rolled up very loudly and someone from TechTeam came in to do maintenance or Chang out the golf carts which are stored under this unit for their business on this end of the island. Loud beeping then the screeching garage wake-up. Beautiful place. It’s for sale

Quiet Oasis at Pass-A-Grill

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This charming one-bedroom, one-bath unit was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. It was spacious, spotless, and loaded with fantastic amenities, making it the ideal place to stay. The property lot was enormous, providing plenty of parking and an alluring environment in Pass A Grille. This was our first time experiencing this side of the island near Don Cesar, and we were thrilled by the cute neighborhood. The best part was driving our golf cart around or feeling safe riding our bikes.Additionally, a dog beach was nearby for those wanting to bring their furry friends. The abundance of boats passing by made for an exciting and lively atmosphere, and we enjoyed watching people fishing off the piers and local docks. We even witnessed a gentleman catching a snapper right off the pier. It was a truly remarkable experience!

Beautiful grounds and amazing location

The huge enclosed front yard was amazing for our dogs - they loved it and got so much exercise! We loved BBQing there while enjoying the water views and watching people walk by. The place is quaint and has everything you need! The location is top notch - walkable to the beach (literally 90 seconds), bars, restaurants, etc. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as other major restaurants. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!
