Este alquiler de condominio frente a la playa se encuentra en Destin Florida a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. El alquiler de condominios n. ° 711 tiene capacidad para 6 personas con un rey en el dormitorio principal con TV de 32 ', una reina en el dormitorio de invitados con TV de 24' y un sofá cama en la sala de estar con TV de 55 '. La playa de Destin está a solo unos pasos, con una hermosa vista desde su balcón privado. Todas las unidades son para no fumadores.

Este alquiler de vacaciones en Destin se ha actualizado recientemente para incluir pintura fresca y muebles nuevos en todas partes. La sala de estar tiene un nuevo sofá, sofá de dos plazas, sillón reclinable y televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina se ha abierto para ampliar la vista hacia la sala de estar y las nuevas lámparas. My only "suggestions" would be to have the little things in the condo (i.e. coffee filters, salt, pepper, etc.). They did warn to bring your own coffee, and it could've just been an incorrect assumption on my part, but since filters, weren't mentioned, I did not bring any. Again, small things. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we checked in and loaded our luggage into elevator. The elevator got stuck, dropped floors which landed us on first floor. We yelled for help, no air conditioning in elevator. The emergency button was not working. Again, we screamed banged on door for someone to yell back to call 911. Our cell phones were not working in elevator. Fire department came and got us out. We had to be helped along with our belongings because the elevator floor was not flushed with the first floor level. I was terrified! We walked our belongings to the 7th floor without anyone asking us if we were ok or help. The ice maker didn’t work. Maintenance said it could not be fixed.

Not great location, have to drive everywhere. Paid a ridiculous amount of booking fees. Paid very high cleaning fee and had to take our own trash out when we left. Elevator broken. Phone kept ringing a half ring every 5-10 minutes.

The unit itself is clean and well kept and just as described on the website. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset. Customer service was outstanding and check in/out was a breeze. The only complaint...and it was very minor...was that the mattress in the master bedroom was more firm than we are used to.

We had the best time at The Islander! We will stay here from now on while in Destin! Staff was exceptional and property was beautiful! Plenty of activities for the kids and a short walk to the beach!

Awesome location and views

Amazing location.. especially if you like to fish. The condo itself was so clean and exactly like the pics in the listing. Everything was great.. except and I hate saying anything bad about this place BUT... the master bed holy crap that thing is hard as a rock!! It’s not comfortable at all. There’s a pillow top mattress in the guest room and omgosh it’s so comfy!!! Probably would not cost much to get a king mattress topper for the master .. a comfy bed is a must on vacations! Other than that the condo, views, beach everything was great! Thank you!

The condo met our needs well, sufficient space, fully stocked kitchen and clean. The beach chairs were great, helpful front desk staff, pools were clean and not too crowded. Loved having a quieter beach area and controlled access. We utilized the grill area one night and that was convenient with great seating areas available.
