Completamente remodelado a partir del 2/1/19. Disfrutar de las vistas magníficas de la playa y el océano de casi todas las habitaciones en este condominio de segundo piso. Ubicado en 700 pies de playa prístina en Cabo Cañaveral, esta es la playa más cercana a Orlando, Disney World, el Centro Espacial Kennedy y Puerto Cañaveral. El condominio tiene una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora, televisión por cable y wifi. El condominio cuenta con acceso a la playa privada y está a sólo unos pasos. Cabo Cañaveral es un destino de vacaciones de renombre mundial debido a su ubicación única. Todos los lanzamientos del espacio se pueden ver del balcón del condo y de la playa. Puerto Canaveral está a pocos minutos y hogar de muchas cartas de pesca en alta mar y muchos restaurantes locales. Disney, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian y Carnival Las líneas de cruceros salen regularmente de Puerto Cañaveral. Estuarios tropicales están cerca de donde se puede ver el delfín y el manatí y los peces de trucha moteada y gallineta nórdica.

Extreme Relaxation

2nd time at Royal Mansions. Beautiful property, very well maintained. Owner was extremely helpful. She was always available to answer questions. We had no problems at all. Enjoyed the beach, and walking in the neighborhood watching the peacocks. Safe and clean. Many great restaurants. Had a wonderful vacation!

Wake up to an ocean view.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here even though the weather didn’t always cooperate. Very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. The view from the windows and the south facing balcony was especially nice. All in all, looking forward to returning again.

The condo was nicely appointed with updated appliances and bathroom. Beautiful views of ocean with many cruise ships coming and going. Good place to watch rocket launches.

Wonderful Condo

This property was everything that we expected and more. The owners have provided everything that is needed for a carefree vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, towels and linens provided and beach gear. The location is close to everything, especially the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to questions and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Definitely recommend this condo for a perfect vacation.

Great getaway

Property was exactly as described. Easy access and no issues. Great location to go down to the port for all the restaurants and bars. We were lucky enough to see a launch from the deck. Nice pool and able to walk right onto beach. Comfortable king size bed. Would stay here again.

Had a very enjoyable stay.

The unit was very nice and fully furnished!! We did not want for anything. One of the things that kept me from rating it with 5 stars-is that there was no elevator and taking the luggage up and down was not easy.

Perfect Summer Beach Getaway!

This was the absolute perfect summer beach getaway! Kristi had the best communication throughout the process. She made everything a breeze, from the moment we booked our vacation through checkout. The condo was absolutely perfect. Our morning coffee, with a spectacular ocean view, was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we could ever need for a two week dream vacation. We got to see a rocket launch from the beach, feed peacocks and squirrels from our fingers on our morning walks to Jetty Park, watch cruise ships depart daily, enjoy our afternoons on the beach soaking up the sun with beach chairs provided, and just relax each evening in the comfortable condo. Oh, and watch dolphins play in the water too. The Cocoa Beach pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop are both just a short walk from the condo and you are able to see so many sights along the way. The king size bed, concrete sink, gorgeous shower, and beautiful flooring were just some of the upgrades that other condos won't compare to this one. We highly recommend this condo ot anyone! Book the vacation!

We LOVED this condo !! (unit 3202)

We would highly recommend this condo! We were in unit 3202. The place was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you could need. New stainless steel appliances, the shower was awesome, washer and dryer, very comfy king size bed just to name a few. The floor throughout was gorgeous ! Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella were all there to use. Great ocean views from the deck, dining area and bedroom. The view is very important to us. We could watch the cruise ships come and go. They are so beautiful at night. The beach is just steps away. We love the beach and spent a lot of time either walking, fishing or just sitting out. It is the Perfect beach ! We love Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. We were lucky to see 2 rocket launches from the beach and 5 submarines coming and going from Jetty Park. Just awesome! We got to meet the SUPER owner, Kristi !! She was very friendly and outgoing. She wanted to make sure we were all settled in. If we needed her she was just a phone call away. Amazing in Every Way

Unit was immaculate. The bathroom and kitchen were top quality. A beautiful unit that was very tastefully decorated. The view of beach and ocean amazing. The location great and quiet. Perfect for two

My husband and I were very happy with our one week stay. Everything was clean and had recently been updated. The shower was great, with water coming from several directions. 😊 And I especially enjoyed using the new washing machine and dryer! Much better to take home a suitcase full of clean clothes instead of dirty ones! Loved the musical tune to tell me the dryer was done! Even watched a rocket launch from the beach in front of the property! We will definitely come back!

42nd wedding anniversary celebration.

We chose the Royal Mansion second-floor condo to spend a week in Florida. The first criteria was a balcony that faced the ocean and this property delivered. The property was just as advertised. New, bright, and great views of the ocean. The appliances were new, and for some odd reason, I loved the Keurig machine. We were able to walk to Jetty Park and see the ships go in and out of Port Canaveral. We also walked down to Cocoa Beach pier and Ron Jon surf shop. The beach was uncrowded and we had a lovely time. There were no negatives about this property or the owner. They were quick to respond to my questions and needs.

Dream vacation

There are not words to fully convey how pleased we were with the accommodations! The property is clean and we were happy to find beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, cooking essentials available to us. We had the BEST week and will definitely be back to utilize this property. Thank you!

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful week with perfect weather. Ocean water was a little cool for a swim but the pool and hot tub were a perfect substitute when we wanted to take a dip. This ocean facing room was perfect to view the sunrise or a short walk to the beach to get a closer look. Room was well stocked with toiletries, linens and morning coffee for quick brewing. Will be back again if we get the opportunity. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality.

Condo paradise

Spent an amazing two weeks in this condo @ Royal Mansions. We have stayed in different condos at this property before but have never experienced such “royal treatment “ as we did at Kristi and Jeff’s condo. The condo is completely updated and very comfortable. Kristi went above and beyond to make us welcome. As the property owner she also was readily available and kept in touch with us. That is something we have never experienced in previous rentals. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine to greet us. Everything is in top shape inside the condo. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It’s not enjoyable to rent and find lights out, things don’t work etc so we really appreciated that this condo was move in ready! We were spoiled for two weeks and loved every minute. Thank you Kristi and Jeff for a very memorable vacation. This condo is off the charts as are the owners. We will be back!!!

The neighborhood is in a quiet residential location. We have a private beach in front if the complex but close enough to local parks and the port and jetties.
