Unidad 113 - Condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con vistas completas al golfo

Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños con vista frontal al golfo se encuentra en el piso 11 de nuestro edificio Tower. Se pueden ver vistas del Golfo de México desde esta unidad, ¡perfecto para ver las puestas de sol de la tarde! El salón está amueblado con un gran televisor Samsung de 46 "con servicio de TV HD. El dormitorio principal tiene dos camas de tamaño completo con un televisor Samsung de 32 "y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una hermosa cama king size con un televisor de 40" con servicio de TV HD. Para cumplir con el código de incendios del condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados a los que se permite dormir en esta unidad es de seis. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los artículos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. El condominio está completamente alicatado. El patio cerrado con ventanas corredizas le permite disfrutar de la encantadora brisa costera que viene del Golfo de México. La piscina en la playa que se muestra en la foto no es parte de nuestra propiedad.

Lots of room to hang out and to store stuff. Wish the pool was closer to the beach, though that was kind of a bummer. Also could use more beach towels. Everything else was fantastic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth time staying at the Tower in the Palm Bay Club, first time renting this condo. We absoultely love the Palm Bay club. Location,( chairs provided, big beach front, doesnt feel crowded) amenities and over all their management is top notch. BUT this paticular unit left much to be desired. I struggle to give it a complete awful review because beauty is in the eye the beholder but for our family of 5 the only thing that saved it for us was the view, and location also the beds were not bad and found them to be comfortable enough. The unit is so severly outdated and the furniture is just not cozy or inviting. It feels like its stuck in 1980s time warp. Literally I dont think its been touched since 1985. The furniture was old and some run down looking, couldn't use the patio cause patio furniture was uncomfortable and you couldnt put more then 3 people out there with the furniture layout. The kitchen was lacking cookware ( one frying pan to cook in the whole week we were there) The master bathroom door is a pocket door that was stuck open and we couldnt close or use the whole time we were there( maintenance did come check it and tried to fix it but they were going to need to take it all apart and refurbish it) so 5 people shared one toilet for number 2s the week we were there. No discount was offered by management when we asked because of this either. ( 10 percent something would of been nice for the inconvenience) Master room had a sheer curtain which meant you couldnt dress or undress in the room as there are other condos that can see directly into your room. All in all it was not a horrible experience but I do think you should know what you are getting into before you book. The View on the 11th floor is top notch and that is pretty much all it has going for it. If you are a smaller group, or not cooking many meals at home and if view is your top priority above anything else then don't hesitate to book this condo.

Amazing Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest perk of this unit was the view! We were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset right from every room! Being able to walk right out to the beach was great and having chairs available and brought out for you was nice. The beach area was never crowded. We also enjoyed the pool by the office. Also the office staff was amazing. Check in and out was a breeze and they were super nice. The only downsides I would say was the furniture in the unit was not super comfortable. The beds were super firm and it would have been nice if there was a recliner or two in the living room to put our feet up. And the bar height table, my 5 year old grandchild and I struggled to get up to the table to eat. And there was long black hair in many places, towels, bedding, etc we assumed from cleaning staff based on the cleaning staff we saw.

Lovely

We loved staying here! The views were stunning, and I loved that both bedrooms had an ocean view too. The beach access and available beach chairs were awesome. We would definitely come back.

Peaceful Vacation

This property is right on the beach - was very family friendly (mostly teenagers and adults). It was perfect for what we were looking for.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whoever the owners are for 113, please upgrade the unit and fix all the broken little things in your unit. The unit is very outdated and definitely needs TLC. The only positive review I can say is that the view of the ocean is amazing. If I’m going to be honest, I would not recommend this unit until it is fixed and upgraded. You should use unit 115 for some inspiration. Yes people will pay for the view but people will also pay the extra to rent this unit if it’s upgraded.

The con for us was that it needs more outlets for electronics; the kids had to pull out the beds and unplug lights in the room. Other than that very nice; we enjoyed it very much!

The tower building sits a few steps from the beach. Unit was very clean. The pool located across the street near thr bay side was a nice surprise with the sauna. My only minor complaint is the bathroom doors wouldn't latch properly. Otherwise a perfect place to stay in Siesta Key!

Good, but could be better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit to The Palm Bay Club. While our previous condos were very nice, this unit is old and tired. The beds are lumpy and soft. The lanai is drab and has uncomfortable furniture. The view is incredible and we enjoyed that every day from the newer dining table (not as pictured). Beach chairs are in short supply during Spring Break but we were lucky to get ours each day. Parking, while covered, is also tough to find, especially after dinner and the spots are tight for a larger vehicle. The beach is wonderful. We did not use the pool or hot tub this time because we spent our entire days on the beach. We would come back, but would definitely choose a different condo. We had very pleasant interactions with all of the staff.

Staff of Palm Bay Club very helpful and friendly. Top notch facillities. Unit is a solid choice with plenty of room and gulf front panoramic views. Only observation is that unit is not updated but everything works. I understand towers was built in 70's and condo seems to be that vintage. If new decor is most important should look elsewhere. If cleanliness and location and view most important this unit will fit the bill.

Great view! This unit needs an update!

Reviewer Comments: The view from the top floor was amazing and it was so nice to watch the sunset from our window when the weather was chilly. BUT this condo needs a major renovation, and the kitchen needs to be better stocked with cooking utensils, storage containers and pots/pans. The bathrooms definitely could use an upgrade as everything looks like it did in the 1980/90s! The bath towels were actually decent, and the bed sheets were just ok. The living room could have used an area rug, and the balcony was a total waste as the furniture was not comfortable or inviting.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW & BEACH

Palm Bay Club is a wonderful place to stay in Siesta Keys. This is the cleanest place we've ever stayed at. Yes the condo was outdated but didnt bother us one bit. What mattered was that it was clean & the view was amazing & we were able to walk right out to the beach. We wanted right on the water so that did make the pools & hot tub further away. But we were okay with that. Overall it was perfect for us & we would definitely stay again!

Sadly not a lot of time spent on the beach because of Red Tide :( but we enjoyed our stay none the less. What we did notice was the unit we were in was pretty dated. Very rough around the edges and the beds were ancient and uncomfortable. At this price point, #113 could use an update.

Million dollar view!

The view from this condo is unbeatable! It’s our first time staying at The Palm Bay Club and we were very impressed! The bayside pool and hot tub are very nice, the staff and security were incredibly friendly, and honestly The Palm Bay Club had the best manicured sand, even better than Sarasota Surf and Racquet and Crystal Sands. I will add that some people might find this unit is a bit outdated or lacking in “accoutrements” I think is the word one previous reviewer used; however, my 8-year-old, 10-year-old, and husband didn’t mind at all! We are already planning our next trip down and will stay at this condo again!!!

Palm Bay Club Tower 113

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is 100% as described. Lovely and clean. All staff very friendly and helpful. We have stayed multiple times in the tower, and this room has the loveliest view of all the rooms we've stayed in the tower. Although the bathrooms and kitchen need updating, the unit was sparkling clean and I would definitely request this room again. Biggest (and only) complaint is that there is no service for changing sheets, you must launder your sheets and change beds yourself. If you are staying for over one week this is a bummer. This was NOT always the case at TPBC, and for the price folks pay this is really something management should consider. Overall, very happy with our stay, love the location close to town, great restaurants nearby and the best beach in the world.
