Unidad 35- Condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con vistas parciales al golfo norte

Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Un condominio con vista al golfo de dos dormitorios y dos baños ubicado en el tercer piso de nuestro edificio Grand Tower. Se pueden ver vistas parciales de la playa desde la sala de estar y el comedor, ¡perfecto para ver las puestas de sol de la tarde! El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un televisor de 32 pulgadas. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen y un televisor de 26 pulgadas. Para cumplir con el código de incendios del condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados a los que se permite dormir en esta unidad es de seis. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo y el baño de visitas tiene una bañera con una puerta de vidrio. El patio está cerrado con ventanas que se pueden abrir para disfrutar de la agradable brisa y tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 26 ". La sala de estar equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas para su disfrute. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todos los artículos necesarios para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera de 12 tazas y una Keurig. El condominio está embaldosado, excepto que las habitaciones tienen alfombra, y las ventanas corredizas le permiten disfrutar de la brisa del mar.

Everything was great overall...Regarding our unit, it was great. Very comfortable, but needs updating. Specifically, the bathrooms. The toilets would get clogged very easily. It seems like it happens a lot since each bathroom had a plunger next to the toilet. Also, the kitchen also needs better pans. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

Beautiful Siesta Key Florida

This was the easiest check in ever. Our condo was sparkling clean. It is close to the beach, described as a partial water view, couldn't see the water. The pool areas were both great. Lots of towels too. The beach is beautiful.

The pullout sofa was almost useless, the foam cushioning was very old. This unit description says "partial view" but because of overgrown vegetation/trees, there was no beach view at all. My family still want to come back another time but we will be picking a different unit.

Great First-Time Visit to Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club is top notch in regard to their hospitality, security, and groundskeeping! When speaking to other guests on the beach during our stay, I completely understand why Palm Bay Club guests come back time and time again! Unit 35 in the Tower was in an overall great location especially for my 81 year old mother as it was easy for her to access the beach. This unit was on the back side of the building near the resort's heating and cooling system. Thus, there was a constant noise (almost like loud wind), but we kept the windows closed for the most part, so it became more like white noise. The unit was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Would definitely consider this unit again for the great price.

Great HOWEVER not at fault of lister!!!!!

The actual property was great and detailed excellent in the app. HOWEVER not at fault of the lister.. the general manager was very unprofessional, short, and rude. The hot tub was not working for 4 of the 5 day we stayed. We Made multiple inquires towards the staff on it being broken. ( the front desk girls were great) Had multiple claims it was fixed when it was not..taking up our whole trip of going back checking to see if it was warm when they said it was fixed but it was not..this was at least x 4 during our stay. We talked to the general manager, he was very unprofessional, short, and inconsiderate. Stating “You didn’t come to Florida just for a hot tub” I have stayed in the facility before with great reviews and we understand the complications that come. With the whirlspools/pools. however the poor quality of customer service/ understanding of the facilities not working for x4 of our 5 days present..instead of acting with understanding, he acted with attitude and defensiveness which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional for a general manager. I DO NOT record bad reviews unless I am very upset about services however this was the result with this manager. ALL other staff and facilities were so great and highly recommended

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 days in the Tower unit 035. The unit was nice beds were comfortable. Toilet in 2nd bath doesn't work that great. Shower is in need of updating in the Master. Overall the unit was very nice. The biggest problem we had was one of the 2 elevators was broken the whole time. Talking with other guests this is a common occurrence. The beach is literally right out the front door of this building which was awesome. The front door to this bldg is secure as you need a key. The back door was not locked and looked broken. The grounds were very pretty and clean. Security was always around and very nice. A very good spot to watch fireworks!!

Palm Bay 3rd floor condo

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean except the garbage disposal was clogged, which I fixed. The furniture was a little worn. A sofa pillow had a hole, one of the family room chairs had ripped fabric, and the TV was old technology. One of the blinds did not work, and in the master, one of the curtai s was off the hook. I would have perferred a blackout shade. It gets light early in florida. On the balcony, there was a red stain on the chair and the balcony smelled like cigarette smoke even after we tried to air it out. The kitchen cabinet under the sink was chipped. This unit does not have a beach view and should not be marketed as such. It was nice to have the extra space of a 2 bed, 2 bath condo.

The washer/dryer was in the hall not in the unit. The property was very clean and well maintained with the exception of one light bulb being missing and one burner control broken on the stove. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Palm Bay Club, we've stayed there several times. This time however, we had to wear a wrist band and so did the resort next door. Because of the wrist bands, I really feel that Palm Bay needs to add a swimming pool at the gulf end of the property, near the tower. You could put it in the grass near the circle drive at the beach. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. One more thing, please make towels available for the change room near the office, we didn't want to bring towels out of our room for the change room, and there were none available for us.

Great property for short terms rental!

Very nice property, clean unit. It felt very safe. Our unit did not have a view of the beach (none were available), but we were very pleased with the unit and how close the tower is to the beautiful beach.

Spring Break in Siesta Key

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time in Siesta Key. As for this rental, it was in a perfect location right by the beach. We also thought the layout was nice, the beds were comfortable and the condo was very spacious. However, for the price, it is in need of an update. The decor and overall look is outdated. There is no view of the beach due to the growth of the trees outside the window. Also, the kitchen utensils and cooking supplies were old and sparse. I probably would not rent here again but we did have a very nice time.
