Recientemente redecorado! Esta adorable casa de tres dormitorios y dos baños es la escapada familiar perfecta para todos. Esta casa que admite mascotas ofrece una piscina privada y un montón de espacio exterior para disfrutar del sol de Florida. Fácil acceso a la playa también! Al entrar a la casa, la cocina totalmente equipada estará a su derecha. A tu izquierda hay una gran mesa de comedor para cenas juntas o una noche de juegos en familia. Entra en la sala de estar y relájate en los nuevos sofás y mira el juego en el televisor de pantalla grande. Justo detrás de la sala de estar se encuentra el dormitorio principal en la planta baja con una cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana. Justo afuera de esa habitación está el baño de visitas con ducha independiente, lavadora y secadora en el armario. Regrese a la sala de estar y suba las escaleras hasta el segundo dormitorio principal que da a la piscina privada y tiene una cama tamaño queen, televisor de pantalla plana y baño completo con combinación de bañera / ducha. Justo al final del pasillo se encuentra el dormitorio completo con literas completas con nido completo y televisor de pantalla plana. Fácil acceso a la cubierta desde esta habitación.

Nice beds, plenty of seats at the table for dinner and games, and the pool/yard is such a nice perk! Super close to all the fun on the Pensacola strip, but nice and quiet, even during spring break. Loved it!

I stayed at this amazing beach home with one pup and 4 family members. The layout was perfect for us, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect- one block from the beach! We cooked lasagna for everyone and had everything we needed. My pup loved the secure backyard!! Highly recommend!!!!

Reviewer Comments: The property is in a very good location but upon the arrival the door facing was off on the south bedroom door. I immediately reported it to the property manager. There were several other issues but since it was Thanksgiving decided just to deal with it. There were a couple of safety issues also and upon checking out gave the list to the property manager

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful 4th of July vacation! The house could use a little updating for sure. The refrigerator is a little old and the ice maker doesn't drop ice from the front door. You have to put a cup inside and scoop ice out. Also, not sure what can be done but you cannot open the freezer door all the way because of the wall. This makes it difficult to get things in and out of the freezer. Pots and pans need to be replaced. The dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs, so we didn't use it. We also felt like much of the wood on the front deck, railings, and back stairs, need to be looked at as some were pretty shakey. Sofas in den were very uncomfortable and totally need to be replaced. There was lots of mold in shower in upstairs bathroom that needs to be deep cleaned or tile needs to be replaced. Not much of a view of the water at all as there are houses in the way although it is a short walk to the beach. Everyone thought the beds were mostly comfortable. If at all possible, the king should be in the bottom room and used as the primary bedroom. The pool was fine but wish it would have been a little bigger. I would say it is fine to stay there but if it were mine, I would do a little updating and maintenance over hall for sure. As far as the check in experience goes, I understand that it is hard to find help and clean properties in a timely matter on check in/out day but 5:00 is a bit unreasonable. It is very hard to time your travel to try not to sit in hours of traffic to get to the area and then have to wait until 5:00 or later to get in the property. We traveled with our small dog and had a really hard time finding somewhere to sit and wait with her. Maybe a better way to check people in would be having a lockbox of some sort on each property with the key in it and when your property is ready, get a text message with a code to get your key out and start enjoying your vacation also would mean no long line at 5:00 in office.

It was nice that we could bring our whole family (including pets), as this is a pet friendly property. Loved the location and easy access to the beach. The dog beach was only a 5 minute drive away. Kitchen needed a complete silverware and some tableware replaced, not enough silverware for my group of nine at one setting and only two coffee cups in a house to accommodate 10. There were spots on the bed cover that were noticeable and should not have been placed on the bed by the cleaning service.
