Our family had the best stay at this rental. The property was beautiful, the view was stunning, and it had all of the comforts of home. We wished we could have stayed another week!

Wonderful 25th Anniversary Trip!

Moonswept Villa was everything we hoped for and more! The view, the beautiful landscaping, the lovely home with everything we needed and our host Gary checking in on us….it was WONDERFUL!! We are already planning our next trip back!

What a beautiful home and location! We loved it!

This is a beautiful view and great home. We enjoyed the outdoor area with pool, hot tub, and grill. Store at the bottom of the hill is great. Awesome place to relax and enjoy.

Get away

Wonderful views of the bay with privacy. Pool was great to relax in at the end of the day. The stay could not have been any better.

We had an outstanding stay at Moonswept. The views are unbelievable. The house had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts were terrific and very responsive to all questions.

Amazing

We stayed 6 nights and wish we stayed longer. Moonswept is a spacious villa with an unbelievable view and an oversized pool for St John. We were very happy to return to this villa each day after exploring St John and the BVI. Terre and Garry are excellent hosts.

Breathtaking View!

This is our third rental on Coral Bay and hands down the best view with around 40 feet of windows. Loved the home, loved all the amenities, the pool was wonderful and the hot tub each night fantastic! A week was not enough time and we will definitely be back!

What a fantastic place Moonswept is. We absolutely our stay. The biew, the quiet Coral Bay side of the island is for us (maybe some want more action), the pool, ahhhh the pool, get it heated (heavenly). Go to see Mohammed at Calabash Mkt for fresh tuna, swordfish and mahi. How wonderful. There could be a few more restaurants in this region since Miss lucy’s seems yo be shuttered. We loved this quiet vibe. We did some beaches and trails but mostly relaxed at the pool. The views from the house (50 ft? Of window) are sublime. Terre was more than prompt, nice, caring and helpful. You cant ask for a better host. We WILL be back!

Couldn't ask for a better view and the house was perfect too!

Great experience renting this property from homeowners. They were very responsive and made the process simple. The house was amazing and very clean, the view was spectacular! This was our second time staying in Coral bay 1st time in this great home and we will definitely be staying here in the future. Worth every penny!

Perfect paradise getaway for family of 4

I have to say that these pictures do not do the Villa justice. The home was even nicer than expected! And the views are the best on the island. We spent hours just looking out over the Caribbean Sea. The pool and hot tub were nice to have after spending our days exploring the beaches. And we all agreed the beds were extremely comfy. I would definitely recommend Moonswept Villa for a family of 4 of two couples.

Fabulous home. Wonderful experience.

The home was beautiful. We paid for the heated pool and it was absolutely lovely, we swam in it several times each day. The drive is steep, but we got used to it after a day or so the house is conveniently located near coral bay. Easy to get to the restaurants and shops. Nicely located to get to salt pond and the North Shore peaches. We love Coral Bay. Would love the house !!We plan on staying here again when we come back to Saint John, absolutely perfect location loved it!!!!

Wonderful for the 3rd time!

Moonswept Villa continues to be a wonderful place to stay, with incredible views toward the BVIs. Our 3rd stay at this property, ideal for 2 couples, equivalent master ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, pool, hot tub and seating inside & out for dining and relaxing. Very private, high above Calabash Boom, just beyond Coral Bay. Following the devastating hurricanes a year and half ago, the island of St John is making a huge comeback. The beaches are as beautiful as ever. The locals everywhere are very appreciative and grateful to have tourists returning.

Breathtaking views and privacy. Splendid!

Just a beautiful property with breathtaking views of not only Coral Bay but also the British Virgin islands. Everything worked well and we used the pool and hot tub multiple times during the day everyday. It is a beautiful property for a couple who wants to be together in privacy and enjoy themselves. Make sure you have a 4x4 because the property is up on a mountain and it's a bumpy ride. I would definitely come back and recommend this property to everyone without any reservation.

Magical

The property was absolutely amazing! The pool was wonderful - no chlorine, but flowers and plenty of sunshine. I spent a considerable amount of time floating on my back and looking at the sky! We had such a peaceful stay! Aside from hiking and snorkeling (the reasons we chose St. John) there isn't much else to do, which was great! The owners are terrific, but they do live downstairs. We barely saw them, but just so you know.

PARADISE

These words have all been said already, but you really can not believe the view of Coral Bay from this house when you see it with your own eyes for the first time! My wife and I had a week of snorkeling so many beautiful bays, hiking cool trails and visiting 1-2 beaches a day. Then come back to the house and have fresh swordfish on the grill and enjoy the pool and hot tub under the stars. The beds were great and everything was amazing. We read many informative books at the house that were so informative about St John’s to help us plan the next days adventure..The road up the mountain to the house was intimidating the first time (in the dark) but really not a big deal the rest of the week. I really hope this is not the last time we visit.
