Direct Ocean Front, 1st floor! You can walk right out onto the patio and grass area. We have a straight shot to the beach through a gated door! 50 steps!

Our condo is great to stay right on the beach! Newly renovated...wood flooring, paint, wood work! Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. We provide plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked in case you want to cook a few meals. Three flat screen TV's & WiFi available. Beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards/toys are provided for your enjoyment.

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access. (You do not need a code to access this condo..it is on the 1st floor).

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

A local hostess is available to assist with any questions or concerns and is committed to helping you have your best possible vacation!

NOTICE: Please be aware that concrete restoration work has started during weekdays at Sandcastles starting Nov 2022 through summer 2023.

This condo is in the North building, 1st floor, ocean front.

The construction work is completed on the North building. In May...work moved to the South building, ocean front.
Work station can be scene from the balcony.

Painting of the building and the walkways and balconies will be starting May 22 in the North building.

Regardless of where the work is happening at the buildings, there will be noise (Monday-Friday) from jackhammering. It is very dusty and a very busy place. Most noise will be heard when coming and going and when at the pool.

The pool is expected to remain open through the project.

If you're a guest who plans to spend a considerable amount of time away from the condo during the day on the weekdays, this will be less of an inconvenience

Would definitely do it again!

Made great use of patio for morning coffees, great indoor space and perfectly suppled with essential items to make stay comfortable and easy. Access to beach is fantastic. Pool is lovely and warm and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed it. They didn’t want to go home. Great location and access to amenities

Family Beach Trip/Ball Tournament

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The couch bed was very thin. We ended up getting a blowup mattress for my daughter. The condo was steps from the beach. They have everything you need for beach fun (boogie boards, chairs, toys, umbrellas). The kitchen is stocked very well (on of the best I have ever stayed in). We would definitely rent again if coming back to the area.

Perfect Beach Location

Perfect location for beach access! Property was exactly as described. Loved that the condo was well stocked with fully functional kitchen. Also appreciated the beach supplies (chairs, sand toys). Beds were comfortable and access to laundry was a plus for the family. Jennifer checked in with me on day of arrival and departure which was super nice. Definitely will visit again on next trip to Coca Beach

Perfect location

It is a perfect location, with a view of the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. It's on the ground floor, so there's no need to climb any stairs or take an elevator. It's beautifully decorated, and the dishes are lovely. The beds are very comfortable. The patio chairs are very comfortable, and three people can sit with their legs outstretched. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Stocked with beach toys and chairs to enjoy beach days. There was some construction going on in the building but the host was able to communicate this with us in advance. She was great to work with and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this listing for anyone, especially families!
