Located on the 6th floor of the highly sought after Tidewater Resort, this unit has AMAZING views and tons of space for everyone. Whether you want to relax on the white sand beaches or just relax by one of the many resort pools, you can find something for everyone at Tidewater to enjoy!

When you enter this unit, you will be amazed at the STUNNING views from the two walls of windows overlooking the Gulf Shore Beaches and blue water. The balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day, enjoying ocean breezes and time with your guests. The kitchen is perfect for a quick snack or a full meal- with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters, it includes all small appliances and utensils, and overlooks the living area. With tile throughout, the modern and bright furnishings make this a vacation paradise. The living area has ample seating and a large flat screen TV, perfect for movie or game nights. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, its own en suite bathroom and a TV for your entertainment. The Guest Room has a Queen bed with its own bathroom as well. The Bunk area has two twin beds and its own bathroom- perfect for all ages. There is also a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room with upgraded gel mattress and matching new loveseat!

Tidewater Resort offers great amenities and plenty of fun for the entire family. There is a fitness center, a 70- person theater, a beach store that carries snacks and sundries and restaurants on site. There is an indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools and you are just steps from the beach. There is even a game room for the kids!

At least 1 guest must be age 25 to rent this condo. There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

Great Room for a low rate

Everything was very clean and ready when we arrived. Had a great view of the ocean and plenty of room om the balcony. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience! Elevators were NOT programmed correctly. Very slow. Long waits. Fortunately we stayed on a lower level and took the stairs most of the time.

Great spot

Tidewater was great. Elevators were the only issue as they were a little slow however this was only at peak times and to be expected. Place was clean, beautiful view and awesome location!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and made lots of great memories here. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The 6th floor was great - loved the view and we were able to use the stairs if the elevator was busy. Outdoor pools were chilly (beginning of April), but the indoor pool was warm.

Great rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this unit! Only two issues -the drip half of the coffee maker doesn’t work and the couches are uncomfortable. Taking out the love seat/couch and adding a recliner would be great. The seating is the only reason we booked a rental with a recliner for next year, instead of this unit.

Our stay was great! The beds are a little hard. But that is a persons own preference.. The coffee maker didn’t work and there want a broom, alls I did was email the company and they had one brought up with in a few hours.. will definitely book through them again!

A good stay

I think the floors could have been cleaner my sister-in-law feet got pretty dirty by walking on the floors and the sliding door needed to be cleaned the Balcony had bird mess all over it and feathers. It hadn’t been cleaned but I did have a good time there and thank you for letting me and my family stay there. Have a good evening.

Memories at tidewater

Room was very nice elevators are very slow. Thought our rental included umbrella and chairs but was told did not. Grey water coming right into our beach was gross.

Exactly as listed!

Able to check in early due to sickness of a child and with no fee! Perfect location, tons of amenities including Starbucks! My only two take a ways, the sliding door was really hard to open and close and the parking deck that you must park in isn’t convenient for loading and unloading. Everything else was perfection!

Never again

The condo is not in good repair. Furniture needs to be replaced. The whole place needs a good deep cleaning. But the elevator situation is ridiculous. There were times we waited 30-45 minutes for an elevator. One of our party was not able to walk the stairs. We would never stay at this complex again.

Dirty

The flloors were so dirty that my grand baby knees n feet would be almost black with dirt …she’s still crawling.(I have pics). 2 pillows didn’t have cases on them n they had yellow stains n little bit of mold on them pics of that to. Towels in guest bathroom were dirty and hung back up without washing them. We won’t b going back there next vacation…that’s for sure

The listing was accurate in terms of accommodations. The check-in process was fine, and I liked getting the text messages versus going to the front desk. HOWEVER, we have several complaints--the condo itself was dirty, food under the couch and around the cabinets in the kitchen when we arrived. The rug on the balcony needs to be pitched, as does at least one of the chairs, because it is not usable. The decor is shown accurately, but the clock did not work, and both couches are broken, you can't even sit on them because you sink to the middle. The wood frame is broken in them. The ceiling is peeling in multiple rooms, and there was a commode chair in the closet of the queen room, very strange. The condo needs a refresh and new furniture in the living room. The elevator situation is HORRENDOUS. We waited upwards of 20minutes, often for an elevator. Parking is fine. The other issue is with the beach; they have red sticks on the property in front of the Tidewater loungers. Most beach chairs have to be set up in front of those red sticks; sometimes, that meant we were setting up in the water. We were told it was due to the type of beach chair we have, and it was not considered "low profile," though we bought it in PCB for the beach. Pools and hot tubs were nice, but we would not stay here again due to these issues.

Disappointed

The first day we were locked out of our room for over an hour, could not get a response from two different emails, left two voicemails (3:00pm - it was during business hours on a weekday) and FINALLY the resort sent a maintenance guy to change the battery in our lock and reset passcode, and 5 days later no response to either email or voicemail. Both couches were broken (attaching pics) could only sit on furthest ends of couches, the hallway rug, living room rug and balcony rug were absolutely disgusting (attaching pics), the ceiling is peeling in living room (attaching pics, the washer lid did not latch so it was incredibly loud (attaching pic and video) had to put something on it to help with noise, the mattresses were hard and not comfortable at all, one of the headboards wasn’t even attached so it was loud with ever move that was made. The elevators went down several times while there and had to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs to check out - over 1000 guests on property and only 5 elevators made for a mess every time we tried to get on them. Will never stay at this property again and will definitely never rent anywhere from the owners of this condo!!

Broken stuff

The elevators didn’t work. Had to wait 45 mins to an hour to get one. I called and told management that the shower curtain had mold on it. The toilet seat was broken off and in the other bedroom the cabinet door was broken off. I called as soon as we got there and no one ever came and fixed anything. You couldn’t load or unload car in front of building you have to do that in parking garage across road. We was really disappointed.

Emerald coast renta.this property. I had issues from day 1 and I called to report them as well as sent email as it says to do. Long story but no reply to email the entire week. Also someone entered unit 2 times. Not happy. 2 didn't work. 4 outlets didn't either. Tobacco juice stain all over curtain Yuck

DIRTY

The condo was dirty and unorganized. The elevator is a joke, you stand 15-45 minutes waiting for an elevator. The whole deal of parking in the parking garage walking all the way back to the second floor to get a cart, going back to your car to get your luggage/groceries or whatever, waiting on an elevator to get back to the second floor unless you are lucky enough to get a parking spot on the second floor. Then wait on an elevator to get your cart and your stuff to the room, then you are not allowed to take the cart inside, you have to lug all your stuff inside...then wait on an elevator to return the cart and retrieve your license. It was not worth the money.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: January-February is cool by southern standards, lots of sun. No waiting for elevators this time of year. All amenities available and functioning properly, all hot tubs, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, arcade and fitness center. Waves Restaurant- Get the Smash Burger! Two outdoor pools large, pristine and refreshkin' (unheated)!! Lots of friendly, happy guests. Emerald Coast Destinations immediately responded and corrected minor initial difficulties (1 of 3 TVs). Unit spacious and comfortable. Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan. Could have used a mop and maybe a hair dryer in one of the 3 bathrooms. High speed internet in all units. Oddly. the TV service had a guide function, but no program information in any of the time slots(???). Staff facilitates Amazon deliveries.

We loved our stay!

We were very skeptical about this listing because like most huge condos in PCB, the elevators really can ruin your vacation however, our stay was GREAT. The check in process was VERY easy, it would be nice if they sent a text saying your condo was finished if it’s done early. The condo was VERY clean when we came in, from the sheets all the way to the bathrooms. We didn’t feel any sand on the floor and it smelled great. The location was fantastic and the condo is exactly as pictured. The parking garage was easy in and out and we always got to park on the second level. We didn’t wait any longer than maybe 5-10 minutes for an elevator. The A/C stayed nice and cool. The washer and dryer worked great. The dishwasher could be replaced as it did not clean the dishes very well. The kitchen was fully stocked so we cooked breakfast every morning! The pull out couch needs a memory foam or gel topper as my daughter said it was kinda uncomfortable. The seating area outside was perfect. We loved being on the 6th floor. The weather stripping on the front door needs to be replaced. I would also like to have a broom with a dust pan the next time we come! The staff at the tidewater were very friendly. We’re hoping that we can contact the host to stay here again next year! We will absolutely be back! The beach area was perfect and not crowded at all.Overall 10/10 stay!

Bring your cleaning supplies!

Our experience at this high-rise condo was disappointing, to say the least. While occasional elevator delays are understandable, multiple elevators being out of service resulted in excessive wait times. Upon entering the unit, we were met with an unacceptable amount of sand throughout, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning prior to our arrival. We found used soap on the bathroom floor, food remnants on the kitchen and dining room floors, mold on the shower curtain, and lint piled on the washer. It was frustrating to spend the first part of our vacation cleaning up someone else's mess. The issues didn't stop there. One bathroom's toilet seat was broken, rendering it unusable. The other bathroom had broken cabinets, several doorstops were broken, and the entry door's torn weather stripping allowed insects to enter the unit. We attempted to report these problems through the email provided in the welcome email and by responding to their mobile inquiry about our stay. Unfortunately, we received no response from either channel. The only redeeming quality was the view. However, the numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues overshadowed this positive aspect.
