Plan your “Coastal Getaway” to this beautiful condo that sleeps 6. Our unit is located in Seagrove Beach on the second floor near the front of Beachwood Villas, which sits directly on 30A and is just a short stroll across 30A to the public beach access.
Completely reimagined and renovated, this designer-updated condo in Seagrove Beach has it all! Custom twin bunk beds, all wood flooring, gorgeous dream kitchen with designer backsplash, quartz countertops, new kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, built-in microwave and fridge with ice maker, and washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. Plus….a totally new bathroom with cast iron tub and subway tile surround, and new vanity. The bedroom is a relaxing getaway with a king bed, a large smart TV, and plenty of closet space.
The condo has a queen sleeper sofa , custom twin bunks, dining table that seats 4 and comfy bar stools at the breakfast bar. The upholstered chairs are great for relaxing and watching the large Smart TV. Beautiful lighting, ceiling fans, accessories, kitchen items, bedding, bath towels, and appliances found throughout.

Just in case you don’t want to venture far from home, Beachwood Villas has 2 pools (one heated March- April 15) tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, outdoor grills and deeded beach access.

The entire condo has wood floors, with professionally done furnishings! The living room offers comfy coastal decor with a 55" flat-screen Smart TV with a queen sofa sleeper. You will also notice that a set of bunk beds is located on the right when you enter. (Perfect for kids!) The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. A quaint dining area boasts a table that seats 4 along with 3 additional barstools. The washer and dryer are located directly off the kitchen for all your washing needs during your stay! The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a large closet, and the bathroom sits just next to the bedroom with a full tub and shower combo with elegant new tile and plenty of space. The best feature of this unit is the private balcony that overlooks the lush tropical landscaping of Beachwood Villas. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the comfy patio furniture along with the Gulf breeze. Beachwood Villas is just across the street from the beach and has a dedicated walkover for all Beachwood Villas guests. Bike riding is a favored recreation along 30A Book Beachwood Villas 1-F for your next family beach vacation and start making some Beachside Memories!
