Capistrano # 201 es un hermoso condominio de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños frente al golfo frente a la playa en el Golfo de México en Seacrest / Inlet Beach, al oeste de Rosemary Beach y Alys Beach. El 1175 sq. Pies condominio capacidad para 6 personas con 2 camas queen y sofá cama en el salón. Estamos en el segundo piso de un edificio tranquilo de 9 unidades de estilo español con paisajes profesionales que incluyen palmeras, jardines, una fuente, un amplio patio / área de juegos con una "terraza al atardecer" para "la tradición 30A" de bebidas en Puesta de sol, barbacoa de carbón comunal, estacionamiento y portabicicletas. El segundo piso es ideal en este edificio - lo suficientemente alto para una vista del océano y sólo un tramo de escaleras que llevan al equipaje o comestibles. No hay piscina --pero no hay piscina necesaria con las suaves olas del Golfo!

Grandes, vistas panorámicas desde dentro y por fuera! En su balcón privado con una mesa de bistró y 4 sillas giratorias, cene afuera, mire a los delfines y las hermosas puestas de sol, haga su correo electrónico o escriba una novela. Todas las comodidades del hogar con cocina totalmente equipada de diseño, TV de pantalla plana / DVD, equipo de música, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratuito y lavadora-secadora. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño en suite con bañera y ducha. Tenemos tres de televisión de alta definición, más DVD con Netflix y Smart Apps, así que traiga su contraseña Netflix o regístrate para prueba de 30 días durante su estancia. Ubicación en el carril bici 30A es de 2 millas. Al oeste de la playa de Rosemary y 1 milla. Al oeste de la playa de Aly y cerca de la histórica Seaside, Destin y Panama City Beach, cerca de muchos restaurantes hermosos, tiendas y alquiler de bicicletas y kayaks. Location is amazing. The beach was not crowded at all for our visit! The unit was in tip-top shape! The only negative was the people moving in and out of the unit above us at the crack of dawn, and the next group of kids sounded like a herd of elephants. Not very soundproof. I would definitely stay here again!

Great visit with friends and relatives

Great location but the stairs were a bit much for me. We had a little difficulty getting our luggage up and down the stairs.

Capistrano 201 the best, most relaxing vacation

This might be the quietest stretch of beach along 30A. We stayed end of May and there was barely one row of beach umbrellas. The condo has everything we needed...beautiful, clean, and well-stocked European-style kitchen with comfortable beds and a living room that features views of the gulf. We had fun every night going down to the sunset deck on the large back garden of Capistrano. We will stay here again !!

Great location

This condo was exactly as listed with a great view of the ocean and a beach that is not crowded. Jake’s Beach Service was right below the condo so it was a short walk back and forth. FYI: Quite a climb from the beach so not suitable for the infirmed. The condo was well appointed with all the comforts of home. The best restaurants in the area are a short drive/Uber away. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo, wonderful stay & the best views of the gulf

We stayed here for Christmas 5 nights and had the best time. The condo is beautiful & well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The owners are wonderful & responsive & we had great weather. What more can you ask for ? I highly recommend this property. We'll be back.

A good vacation stay

It was clean and decently supplied. However there were a few minor things that should have been fixed before we arrived. The under-counter lights in the kitchen, especially over the stove, were burned out, leaving it in the dark. There was also a slow water leak in the hall bath drain. But, when we called for maintenance they got right over and fixed the lights, which was nice. Also our internet was down about 1/2 a day but maintenance checked back with us later in the day to make sure it was back on.

Perfect Location

The only problems we had were an exhaust fan in the bathroom that did not work and it took the refrigerator 3 days to cool down to a safe level for perishable items.

Back to School girl weekend

I stayed at Capistrano 201 for a long weekend with my sister and two young daughters for a back to school weekend. I chose this property for its direct beach access, easy parking, and proximity to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and as described in the listing. The only suggestion I would make for the owner would be a couple blankets. The beds only had sheets and none of the chairs or couch in the living room had one either. Late in the evenings when we have finally cooled off and are ready to settle in for a movie it would have been nice for the kiddos to be able to snuggle in and fall asleep. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again next year for our girl weekend trip.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The view is wonderful. Location is close to Alys Beach and Rosemary, but a little farther from Seaside. The condo itself was spacious and as advertised. Overall the property was a great place to stay. Kitchen was fully appointed, there were plenty of towels, the appliances were updated, and the patio was great. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing getaway

We have stayed at many places on 30A and this was one of the best. We spent most of our time on the balcony and on the beach. The views are beautiful. Just an FYI the guest bath is not attached to guest bedroom. Also, if you have mobility issues this is probably not the place for you. The second floor gives beautiful views but stairs may be an issue for some. Like most spots on 30A there are also a number of stairs to get to the beach. It was not a problem for us - just helped increase our daily step count. It is possible to walk to Crabby Steve's from the unit. The beach is not crowded. The owner and manager were always responsive to any questions. If you want a relaxing stay in a nice condo with a beautiful view this unit gives you that.

Nice quiet beach and beautiful view.

We loved the layout of the place because you could see the gulf from the living area and kitchen. The balcony was roomy with really nice furniture. The appliances were new and very nice. The only minor complaint was the sand that the cleaning people missed. It was in the dryer and the living room. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very pleased with our stay! Perfect beach location and condo was just what our family of four needed for our short getaway! The kitchen is well-equipt with everything you need. Wonderful to have ice already made upon arrival. Would stay there again!

Perfect Stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location, beautiful view, quiet property, fully stocked kitchen. Our only regret was having to leave. We hope to return soon.

Disappointing for us

This property was not was what we expected--it was very dark inside, very little natural light --paint colors didn't help it look bright and airy. No view of the actual beach due to tall shrubs. We checked out after one night--and our clothes that we'd hung in the closet just overnight, smelled slightly musty! On the plus side, location to restaurants and shops was good. We had hoped for a bright, beachy atmosphere and this didn't have that for us.

We bought this condo on our first visit--lovely Spanish-style building, great landscaping, beautiful designer kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous beach views! It's a lovely area with lots to do, and in the Spring Break and High Summer seasons, it is Couple and Family Friendly, not Party Friendly. Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beach offer charming independent shops and restaurants and often have events such as Wine tasting, Arts and Crafts festivals, Farmers' Markets etc.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit has the ideal location--between Seaside and Alys Beach/Rosemary Beach--on the 30A walking/running/bike path. Capistrano is a quiet 9 unit building with a private beach, accessed by a coded beach gate. The second floor is also ideal with The amazing gulf view and only one flight of stairs. When you want a break from the fully equipped, designer kitchen and dolphin watching on the balcony, there are numerous bike rentals, quaint shops, bars and restaurants close by. Beach chair and umbrella rental companies on 30A with daily set up services are plentiful.
