This beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhouse on Sabine Bay offers relaxing and luxurious stays.

This lovely townhome has a garage so you can park in tandem out of the summer sun! The owner has graciously left kayaks, paddleboards and bikes for guests use too. Travel between floors with ease in the elevator. Upstairs is the first floor living area where the fun begins. The gorgeous updated kitchen has solid surface counter tops, tiled backsplash, LED lighting and of course all the appliances you will need to cook your favorite meals. The TV is extra large and when you're not watching your favorite TV shows you can step out onto the oversized balcony to enjoy views of Sabine Bay and share a drink with family and friends.

The second level hosts two bedrooms each with a private bath. The primary bathroom has a great walk-in shower with a rain shower faucet to wash away todays sea salt and suntan lotion.

The gulf is a quick hop across the two lane road to a boardwalk making easy beach access for any age. This property is also pet friendly!

This upscale townhome is within walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant which is a locals favorite. There is plenty to do on Pensacola Beach and lots of enjoyable places to visit so make your plans now for wonderful memories to come.

Villa Sabine

The location was perfect with the beach right across the street and the beautiful view of Little Sabine Bay directly behind. We had a blast fishing on the bay in the provided kayaks — I’m usually a lay on the beach all day type person, but I think the time spent on the bay was my favorite part of this trip. The property itself was perfect for us! It was clean and tidy, but still felt very cozy. And the elevator! We loved using it to send luggage up/down & admittedly used it a few times to skip the stairs after a long day in the sun. All in all we absolutely loved it and can’t wait to stay again!

Kitchen equipped with plenty of pots/pans/utensils etc and there was a small W/D in the unit. Elevator super convenient for getting luggage to 3rd floor. Large bathroom has removable shower head, perfect for rinsing off a small child. Back desk was awesome for night hangs with a great view of the bay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I visited Pensacola Beach during the week between July 4 and the air show, staying 5 nights (Friday through Wednesday). The condo was exactly as described in the listing - clean, quiet, and plenty of room for our party of 4. Two minor incidents that required a call to the rental office, both handled quickly. Two things of note: the kitchen cookware is showing signs of wear & the pullout couch on the main floor isn't all that comfortable (a new mattress would fix that). Neither of those issues would stop me from renting this condo again.

The views from all balconies was amazing, best location to get to the beach and a short drive to shopping. Will definitely come back to this place to stay again. We liked it so much we called and added another night and that was a breeze.
