Conveniently located just 2-3 minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops!

The Space:
A light bright and airy cozy 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home. Tastefully decorated with a calm and peaceful aesthetic. Thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the property.

Guest Access:
Access to the entire home, front yard, and private backyard.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet laid back beach community. A walkable beachside community that is family friendly.

Getting Around:
Walk to most conveniences. Local grocery store is a 2 min walk, 2-3 mins to beach, a few minutes to restaurants/ice cream/shops. Take a short drive to Tampa/St. Pete or the other beaches north (Clearwater) and south (Treasure Island).

Wonderful stay!

Excellent property in excellent neighborhood. House had everything we needed and more. Wonderful heated pool and spa, newly renovated, clean. Every detail well thought out. Short walk to beach and shops. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic!

Honestly one of the best BNBs we’ve stayed in. Clean. Well kept. Perfect size for two couples. Even three. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Newly renovated and decor is awesome! Felt very welcoming. The little things mattered so much too. Nice dishes - stocked kitchen with small things usually not included - coffee filters, k cups, zip lock baggies even. The little things you always need when staying were def thought of. 10/10 would recommend. Pool was perfect too!

Perfect Beach House for Families

Do not hesitate to book this home! This place is amazing! I have so many positive things to say about this property and Jay! So clean, stocked with essentials, easiest walk to the beach, perfect pool for all ages, and close to coffee shops, grocery stores and ice cream! The door is alarmed to the pool that lead to a screened in porch! This made our trip just feel that much safer with our little kids! Most mornings we would walk and get coffee and then walk on the beach. Then come back and load up their wagon with our kids, grab the chairs and umbrella and head to the beach for the morning! We could let our little one nap while the older one could play in the pool! We made most meals at the house which they had so many utensils for! At night we would walk back to the beach and watch the sunset! The beach was so quiet (compared to Clearwater and St. Pete's) and very well maintained! The public entrance closest has a ramp so it was so easy to get the wagon with our littles to the sand! There was also was a park down the street as well! The location was just so perfect! Our kids loved the pool and house! Lots of essentials for babies and kids! Jay was very responsive and a wonderful communicator! I could go on and on, but overall this was the perfect house for our beach trip! We will definitely try to book this place again! Thank you Jay!

The perfect house near the beach.

The home is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The hosts are so thoughtful with little details that make a pleasurable stay. Everything you would need for beach or pool are available. The pool and spa area are spacious and beautifully maintained. The hosts communicate with you in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this property and I am looking forward to future stays here.

Excellent location, in a quite neighborhood - easy walk to the beach. Property just as described, very clean and thoughtfully supplied with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Manager was very responsive.

Perfect House!!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect getaway away from the madness. We loved the screened in porch, pool and spa! Jay was very responsive to our requests! The rooms and bathrooms are nice and updated and beds are super comfortable!! We liked that it was in a very quite neighborhood ! The beach cart with 4 really nice beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch! The beach is easy access which is a 2 min walk to get there from house! We would love to come stay here again!

End of Summer

This was a great rental for our family. We were celebrating the end of summer with one last trip to the beach. We had teens with us and everyone had a great time. The house made the weekend perfect. Great location within walking distance of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The backyard was a great place for everyone to gather and enjoy time together at night.

IRB perfection

Don’t tell anyone but IRB is the best beach around. This home makes it all the nicer to visit this lovely little beachside neighborhood. We certainly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the amenities are updated inside. Jay was great to work with and very accommodating. The house is very close to beach access, restaurants and all the fun Indian rocks has to offer. A+ recommendation.

This newly renovated home had all we needed for a short trip with teens. They enjoyed the ease of a walk to beach across the street and an easier swim in the pool. The house was spotless. Communication with the host was seamless. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house!

What a great property! They have thought of every possible detail. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and a very short walk to the beach. The pool and spa were awesome. The wagon, chairs, and umbrella made staying at the beach all day so easy! I recommend booking this home if you can!
