Beachy and amazingly appointed, you will not miss with this unit which has the loving care of the owners and a great designer. Completely updated and ready to host you, this is a superb unit. This unit is a two story unit, so you must use stairs to access it. Very private, with amazing views. Beautiful fully appointed kitchen with plenty of space. Cook your catch or pick up some fresh seafood from the port and enjoy a meal with your friends and family.

As your Host, I respect your wishes on interaction. In our crazy world, we have no contact check ins, but I am a phone call or text message away! I am local, and I pride myself on being available. The owners and myself have your satisfaction in mind first and foremost!

One mile from Jetty Park, and Port Canaveral, several miles from Cocoa Beach Pier. This location has it all. This complex is in a great neighborhood. Order a bike drop off, and enjoy the neighborhood. This location is safe, quiet, and family oriented with no bars or businesses on the beach. But, everything is nearby. You truly experience living beach life at it's best at this location!

We have Uber, taxis, and even a tiki taxi! Bus stops are nearby. And, we have bike rentals that will drop bikes off at your unit. We do recommend a car to explore our bit of paradise. Local drivers will pick you up from Orlando International Airport or Melbourne International Airport. Local rental car vendors are here as well including Alamo, Enterprise, and others!

Beach showers are located at the end of each boardwalk. Please rinse all beach gear prior to bringing it in the unit. When you enter the unit there is a landing where you can leave your beach gear inside.
You must be 28 years old or older to rent this unit. And, an ID must be uploaded to AirBnB and sent to the Host in a message thread. This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. So, it is like your renting someone's home. Office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Only emergencies are handled after hours, so you must be able to reasonably accommodate your own needs after hours for any non-emergency requests.

Unit Rules

-Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 9 am and must observed
-Pool hours 9 am to dusk, no access after these hours
-Pool: Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
-Pool: No diving and running, no glass and food around and in the pool! Swim at your own risk.
-Pool: No glass or food in the pool area.
-Pool: Swim at your own risk, no life guard on duty.
-Do not give out any Gate Code to others.
-2 parking spaces per unit
-Do not hang towels or bathing suits over the balconies or walls.
-No pets other than owner pets. We are sorry, but we are NOT a pet friendly complex for our guests. Service dogs are allowed with documentation and a vest.
-No boats, motorcycles including scooters, motor homes, RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed on property. If you bring them on property, you will be asked to remove them.
-No skateboarding or motorized scooters or skate boards on property.
-No drone use on property except for on the beach.
-No additional guests without express permission from Kay.

-Do not take bath towels outside, beach towels are provided for you to use -Wash sand off the beach gear with the hose at the shower area at the end of each boardwalk.
-Excessive sand in the unit ends up with additional charges through AirBnB for damages since additional cleaning fees apply.
-Host assumes no responsibility for refunds due to things that may break but are out of the control of the Host such as appliances, Hurricanes, power outages, internet outages, or any other situation out of the control of the owner and or Host.

No fireworks per Cape Canaveral City Ordinance.
