Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand the frustration with the check-in experience. Although early check-in was unavailable, the home became accessible shortly after the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. We would also like to clarify that, as outlined in our website listing and the guidebook sent before arrival, we provide one set of bath towels per guest but do not provide beach towels. Our starter kit also includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as described in those materials. We apologize that the bedroom fans were not working properly. However, the issue with the iron was not reported during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have gladly arranged for it to be inspected or replaced. Thank you again for your feedback. Thank you for being a repeat customer. We are happy that you love the location and the proximity to the beach and pool access. Regarding the toiletrys, we appreciate your feedback. Please note however that what we provide is apart of the complimentary starter kit and is not meant to last for the duration of the entire stay. Guests would need to purchase more depending on the length of stay. We are sorry you experienced issues with the television and thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue during your stay as this allowed us the oppoertunity to make the necessary checks and repairs. Unfortunately; the issue could not be fixed by us so we had to employ a third party company. Due to them being a third party, we have no control over their work schedule. We do know how inconvenient the lack of television and cable can be in your stay and we apologize again. The issue has since been resolved as such we do hope that it will not be an issue for future stays.
