Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom retreat, where comfort meets convenience and every member of your family – including the furry ones – is welcome! Nestled in an amenity-equipped neighborhood of Coastal Club, our home offers a peaceful getaway while being just minutes away from fun.

*All guests must be 25+, except for children with parents.

*Renters must buy guest pass for the week if you want to use amenities*

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

*Please note - The property is dog friendly, however there are restrictions on the following dog breeds:
-Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of the previous stated.
-Also, no dog with bite history allowed.


*As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.

*Please note - there will be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer.

-With purchase of a daily or weekly pass from the private Lighthouse Club – just a five-minute neighborhood walk away – you’ll also be able to enjoy Club amenities including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains, an adult infinity pool with swim-up bar, an indoor pool with lap lanes and hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, restaurant, and more.

* Please Note - The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.
(Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass.)

-The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.

The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by DEL 302 Management.
