El rincón escondido del paraíso de Florida en el puerto de Sanibel. Observe a los delfines y disfrute de las románticas puestas de sol sobre la bahía de San Carlos desde nuestra terraza apartada y protegida del piso 10 de The Bayview Tower en el puerto de Sanibel.

Una playa privada y una piscina se encuentran debajo de los pasos para el uso exclusivo de los propietarios de condominios y los huéspedes de alquiler.

Mantenemos una membresía de Marriott Resort que permite a nuestros huéspedes la opción exclusiva de disfrutar del gimnasio, clases de entrenamiento, canchas de tenis / instrucciones. (Se aplica una tarifa de resort: esto es opcional y se puede decidir a la llegada). Estamos ubicados junto al Marriott Resort and Spa, que cuenta con piscinas adicionales, playas, restaurantes y el spa de 40,000 pies cuadrados que ofrece una gama de servicios de cuidado de belleza y mimos sin fin. El puerto deportivo ofrece alquiler de botes y otras embarcaciones, un muelle de pesca privado y un lujoso crucero con cena / brunch en yate.

El condominio fue recientemente renovado por completo, incluyendo pisos de baldosas nuevas, encimeras de granito, gabinetes de cocina nuevos, baños nuevos, muebles de sala nuevos, colchones ...

La cocina con electrodomésticos nuevos, lavadora / secadora nuevas, gabinetes nuevos y encimera de granito nueva está bien equipada para huéspedes a largo plazo. Nueva lavadora y secadora se encuentran en la cocina.

La unidad contiene todas las comodidades de un hogar, incluido el acceso inalámbrico de alta velocidad (sin cargo).

El dormitorio principal (con cama king size y televisión) tiene vistas a la bahía de San Carlos y conduce a la terraza frente al oeste. Nuevo colchón kingsize instalado en 2016. Baño en suite con lavamanos doble y gran cabina de ducha con barra de apoyo.
Un montón de armario y espacio de sorteo hace que la estancia sea cómoda. Nueva televisión de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size con armario, televisión y gran armario y televisor de pantalla plana.

El segundo baño incluye una bañera / ducha completa, gran mostrador y lavabo y mucho espacio de almacenamiento.

Nuevo sofá, loveseat y sillón instalados en febrero de 2018. El nuevo sofá se extiende hacia una cama de matrimonio que aumenta la capacidad de dormir a 6.

La terraza lania de pantalla con vista a la Bahía de San Carlos incluye una mesa de comedor con altura de barra, tumbona y ventilador de techo.

Esta es una unidad para no fumadores y no se permiten mascotas según las normas del condominio.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! This condo was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool, neither of which was ever crowded. The sunsets were amazing!

The condo was perfect! Great views, nicely appointed rooms. Great amenities with Marriott right next door!! Close to Sanibel and Captiva. The only negative was we only booked 4 days. We should have booked a week!!!

Spring Break Trip

We had great weather and a wonderful week. The area was hit by a huge Hurricane last year so there was some construction around the property. However we did not hear anything and the Condo was great. Very good location in Fort Meyers area.

We were fortunate not to suffer too much damage from the hurricane Ian and now some 18 months later fully recovered and have come away with a better & more beautiful property. Our last project, the pool, is to re-open this month with a brand new pool deck, furniture & pool house. I do hope to be able to welcome you back before long.

Great location, Beautiful view

Our flight got cancelled, so arrived much later than expected, but all the details provided to us prior to our arrival got us into our unit with no problems at all. The view from the screened in balcony was gorgeous, and the grounds of the resort were clean and well kept. Lots of traffic in the area, however we found it easy to get to our excursions like kayaking, fishing, and a sunset cruise with dolphins! We would stay here again!

The condo was very nice and the view was great. Property management was very helpful and responsive. Only 4 stars due to problems with running toilets. Also restaurant on property had very slow service.

I am glad you enjoyed the view. The panaromic view from this height (10th floor) is special, especially at sunset. I am glad you found the property management company to be responsive. That is very important to me. We have worked together for years and they look after all 7 of my condos at Sanibel Harbour Resort. I am sorry that there was an issue with a running toilet. I understand that my management company did response and suspected a piece of sediment stuck in the fill valve may have come loose but it resolved itself. No previous issues but they have made a note to continue to check this week while the condo is empty to ensure the issue is resolved. I do hope to welcome you back to unit 1034 and it's panaromic views. Thank you for the feedback.

Lovely condo with an amazing view and great location!

We had an excellent stay in this lovely condo! Beautiful, bright and airy space, nicely appointed with ample linens and lots of useful kitchen equipment. The condo was spotless and the view is exceptional! It is in a unique location that is quiet yet near a Marriot hotel which comes in handy for dinner or drinks out. It is hidden away from traffic, crowds and noise, yet just minutes from all the shopping, beaches and restaurants that the area offers. We have already recommended this condo to others and intend to rent there again when back in the area.

Stunning Sunset Escape

Facing the beautiful bay and amazing sunsets, this condo exceeded expectations. Host was exceptionally helpful, kitchen is very well stocked, rooms are large and comfortable. The beach below is well maintained and never crowded. We enjoyed hours working virtually from the lanai overlooking the water. The pool was still closed due to hurricane damage but the owner communicated that to us upon booking.

Beautiful scene from balcony with a "cruise" type feeling!

Everything was just as it was advertised! It was clean, quiet, and roomy! The property surrounding the condo was lush and reminded us of being on a tropical island. We used the pool every day because it was so peaceful listening to the water wash up against the shore that was only 20 feet away from where we lay. It was a very restful vacation, just what the doctor ordered, lol! We will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. =D

The property was amazing, just as advertised....clean, well decorated and very quiet.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The balcony was wonderful. We spent mornings reading and having coffee on the balcony and evenings enjoying the sunset. The views were amazing. The condo provided easy access to Sanibel Island, restaurants and nearby shopping. I look forward to staying there in the future. The host provided all relevant information concerning parking, access etc well in advance of our arrival and followed up to ensure the accommodations were satisfactory. It's a five star!

Wonderful place with complete views. Easy access to all the beaches around. The pool was disappointing due to the fact you can’t enjoy it past dusk. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything needed.

Wonderful ... Relaxing Stay!!

This is absolutely exactly as shown. The property is Beautiful. The pool is quiet and private. Access to the beach is a few steps from the door. My friend and I took multiple walks around the property and enjoyed a delicious happy hour at the hotel. I highly recommend this and hopefully will bring my family back for another stay.

Lovely peaceful condo with a spectacular view!

Everything was clean, well maintained and you can’t beat the view! We saw dolphins, manatees and a stingray from the balcony! The area was quiet but with plenty of restaurants and things to do a short drive away. The little beach was perfect for our 5 year old as we could let him run free with no worries and no crowds to battle. This was the perfect location for the relaxation we were looking for!
