Completo condominio totalmente renovado con electrodomésticos nuevos y mostradores de granito en todas partes. Recientes mejoras incluyen una nueva cama King size con almohada, 2 colchones gemelos / caja de resortes, sofá cama, 55 "HD Smart TV y 2 32" HD TV's. Property 5 star, household stuff 2 stars

Hope the owner fixes these little things and turns the entire place into 5 star experience. Beautiful condo, best pool ever for relaxing or recreation. Close to ocean. Great beach! Great views ! Disappointed in: No beach towels No beach chairs No dish soap No garbage bags No griddle ( only 2 very small frying pans) No instructions on how to use volleyball court or shuffleboard Very cheap TP So easy to fix these and make a 5 star ! We have helped out: left a stovetop griddle and a few beach towels for next guests.

Great location and resort right next to beach!

This is our first experience with resort realty and check and access process was smooth and they put us in touch with a local company to rent a crib for our son. Lands end is a gated complex with pool and boardwalk with a great beach. It is very quiet and secure. The unit itself is slightly dated but gets the job done. You will need to purchase everything you’ll need for your stay on your own including TP, paper towels, coffee, detergent, etc... this as well as the lock on one sliding door and window not functioning properly are the only negatives about the place. Other than that we would highly recommend as the pool and beach are great!!

Great location!

We loved the condo's location- having beach and bay, also very nice pool area. The beach was not crowded, and the resort is very nice. We used the tennis court a few times (had our own rackets). Land's End would receive a 5 star from me, the condo itself 3.5-4 stars. There are no cleaning supplies, no hand soap, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent, no trash bags. There is one kitchen towel, no paper towels. There were a couple of beach chairs in the closet- no cooler. We had a great week, and would return to Land's End again for sure.

Great Condo, bad experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first got to the condo our code didn’t work and we was about 2 hrs getting in . The guy doing the work on the door was very nice and helpful. Everything about Lands end was great except that they was remodeling the condo next to us and if you wanted to go relax in the room there was always hammering and sawing during the day. I think they should have let us known that before we rented this condo.

Wonderful week on St Pete Beach!

The condo how everything we needed and expected. I think in a picture I had seen there was a Keurig but there is not it is a regular coffee pot. There may or may not be beach equipment in the condo unit per prior reviews. There is a $30 resort fee for parking but you get a designated parking spot very close to the unit and it is covered! The backside of the condo overlooks the bay which is very pretty and it is a very short walk to the pool and to the beach. The beach at this location is fantastic but there are no rental chairs available so you will need to get your own. The resort complex is pristine and I enjoyed the 6/10 of a mile boardwalk that surrounds the complex. We saw dolphins from our back patio in the bay and was able to find many shells on the beach. It was a great stay!

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great! The check-in/out process was simple and well explained. The condo had just about everything you would need (except a hair dryer). Having 2 balconies was wonderful, especially if you have multiple people. The building is directly across from the pool and next to the volleyball court which has seating as well. There is a path to the beach nearby as well. My only suggestion would be better pillows. A king size bed really should have king size pillows. This just had 2 very small pillows but luckily we were able to use the pillows from the 2nd bedroom.

Also had to wipe off the counter tops. We got there later Saturday so I just went ahead and cleaned the room. I did notify Resort Rentals to make them aware.

The only complaint was the fact that for the second year in a row the air unit for this building was not working properly. The temperature in the room stayed at about 77-78 degrees even with the thermostat set at 72. The room was clean except for dust build up on the bedroom furniture (dresser) but I really like the room itself.

This condo is always decorated nicely. This year there are new beds in the second bedroom, which my daughter said were very comfortable. There are new sofas in the living room, with a pull out bed. There is also a new big tv in the living room. Lands End is always beautiful and clean. It's just far enough away from everything that you have quiet when you want it and close enough to everything that you can go out and have a good time. I can not wait until we come back next year. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

Not Clean

The only complaint we have was it was not cleaned. It was dirty and the rugs had not been vacuumed so my husband ended up vacuuming. This was our second time staying in the condo. Last year the condo was cleaned to perfection. So not sure what happened in a year and why it wasn't cleaned. Also, the dust on the glass end table and furniture was thick apparently, they don't believe in dusting either. Other than that it was good just needs to be cleaned.

Nice condo, a few hiccups

We enjoyed the overall property. The common areas were very well taken care of and clean. The area was very nice along with the beach being super beautiful. Nice area restaurants within an easy drive. Quiet area except for the weekends when the bar across the channel has live music. We didn’t mind but it may bother some. We did have some issues that were taken care promptly, but having to keep contacting the office was distracting to our trip. We didn’t have any kitchen towels, bed pillowcases and the main bath vanity sink was clogged and pretty nasty. All of these issues were taken care of. The unit could use a good through cleaning. Kitchen especially, cabinets were sticky and the rug at the sink was sticky (it was a comfort foam type that can’t be put in washer) we would however recommend the area and the resort as a whole.

Dreamy location!

The unit was updated, clean, and comfortable. There was even a closet full of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a cooler! Lands End Building 1 Unit 208

The washer quit working on Thursday. We called and were told someone would be out Friday to fix it; however, no one ever showed up to fix it. Other than the washer quitting, we had a wonderful time!

Amazing!

Vacation 2021
