Overall great!

Facility the condo is at was amazing! Great staff! The kitchen was the only thing lacking from this rental! If you’re planning on cooking there- bring your own pans and things. Dishes were kinda dirty and only one burner on stovetop worked. If you’re not planning on doing any cooking at the place though, you will be very happy with everything!

The beds need updating in this condo, and their is not enough seating on the balcony. My main concern is the mold on the ceiling and the air conditioner vents. I had to give 5 stars for the property being clean because it was very clean other than the mold on the ceiling and vents.

Few minor issues

Shower rod in master bathroom fell multiple times. Needs to be changed out. Balcony chairs are falling apart and need to be replaced. Place is nice and pics are accurate. We stay in Destin at least once a year. Condo was as nice as any other than these couple issues that are easily fixed.

My Daughters wedding in Destin at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a 7 day stay at the resort. It is a beautiful place to stay although we did have some issues with the water when we were there. Hot water tank was not working properly but the company did its best to work it out and in the end came thru for me. We had a family with 7 rooms rented for my daughter's wedding and my room was the only one with any issues. All in all it was good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally speaking, the condo was nice and clean however a little bit dated. My biggest problem with the unit was the plumbing is BAD! We had to unclog the toilet in the master bathroom MULTIPLE TIMES (even only going "#1") and it also BARELY flushes! The dishwasher also does not drain after finishing the cycle and leaves standing water in the bottom causing the stagnant water to have a foul smell. The upside to this unit is the great location and a beautiful ocean front view! All that being said, I would not recommend this condo to a friend unless the plumbing was fixed.

However, this condo needs some TLC: no toilet paper holder in the master, range drawer broken and would not close correctly, second bath desperately needs a new shower head, the bed on the left as you walk into the second bedroom needs replacing - it is EXTREMLY noisy you cant roll over without everyone in the condo hearing it, the outlet on the wall in the dining room where the fan is sparked when I tried to plug in my computer, there are no metal cooking utensils in the kitchen, cabinet space is extremely limited, we had maintenance there for the dishwasher and the fridge within the first few days we were thee, not full compliment of silverware; the plates don't fit into the dishwasher...I could go on, but this should be enough to get some upgrading done...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time! I will for sure be staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club in the future. That being said I'm not sure that I would stay in 520 again. There were a few things with 520 that I didn't like at all. First thing was with all the hype about being clean this condo could have been much cleaner. The floor was so dirty that my niece walked across the condo and her feet were black...GROSS. The kitchen cabinet knobs had sticky food on some of them and I found dust and hair on the side table in the living room area. All of the beds in the condo need to be replaced as we woke up every morning in a lot of pain due to the mattress in the master being horrible. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart. The same with the twin beds in the guest room. The appliances need an update big time. One of the eyes on the stove didn't work. The refrigerator had rust and dried food or something all over the side. So while I LOVED the resort I probably would not book this specific unit again. Although I would not say that I was entirely unhappy. It was quiet and everyone was so nice.
