Unit quite dated and missing some essential utensils(most notably knives). Wi-fi did not work entire stay and received no response from Beach Escapes Realty regarding the issue.

The condo was great loved the comfort of the king beds as well as the awesome view. Would definitely come back and stay again. I liked the restaurant and cocktails available right on the way down to the beach. The location was great too. Near cool shops and restaurants.
We enjoyed cooking and family time together 🙏❤️

The unit was in excellent condition and in a prime location for both the pool and beach access. Almost every restaurant that we found online before arriving was walkable and the property overall was clean, quiet, and family friendly.

Nice property in Rosemary Beach

Great location, but needs a renovation

The location is great. You are walking distance from Rosemary and Alys beach. The condo development is equally impressive with a great pool and easy beach access. The condo unit itself needs work. There is nothing about it that would prevent you from enjoying your stay, it is simply showing its age. There is nothing impressive about it. Things like the kitchen cabinets, the plumbing fixtures, the furniture, the windows, and the televisions all were past the point that they should be replaced. The condo was also not as clean as you would expect when we checked in.

Great location and access to Beach/Pool

The condo was perfect. Not too much clutter and plenty of room for all of our things and room to move. All amenities worked fine and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing and the closeness to the beach was perfect as well!

Memorial Day vacation

Loved everything about this place and location but could’ve been cleaner when we arrived. The sofa throw had food/crusty stains on it as well as a very stained sofa. However we throughly enjoyed our vacation!

Overall the condo is beautiful and spacious. There isn’t that much to do at the resort for kids, so be papered to take them to do things, especially when security is enforcing the curfew. The condo itself was mostly clean, however there was sand in 2 beds and a band aid left on one of the pillows. There also was no extra garbage bags provided. Also, our contract said that we could request a parking pass for guests, when i called and emailed, they told me no?

Thanksgiving Week

We stayed in Seacrest for the 22nd straight Thanksgiving week [mostly in High Point]. We loved the views from the deck and location. The unit was as we expected and the management company was very responsive to any needs. The TVs are a little dated, but not a major issue.

Excellent sister trip

This condo is in an excellent location. The view of the ocean and pool was lovely with stunning sunsets. Furnishings were new and the management company was very responsive to our issues with WiFi and anything else. We are an older group of sisters, with various capabilities, and this condo catered to our different intentions, providing a sound base for a sweet time together. Thanks so much.

Spacious condo

The condo was clean and spacious. We had a nice view of the pool and ocean. Overall the stay was pleasant. It is a very safe area and we feel comfortable letting our teens walk around the area and shop and eat. Crabby Steve’s is excellent. We love the location of High Pointe. They have a pickle ball court which we used almost everyday. The pool area is wonderful. However, the decor is dated and the kitchen lacked in items. We also found the main suite bed needs to be replaced. Also the condo is on the side of the pool equipment and it is loud.

Disappointing unit

The unit we stayed in was so outdated, dirty, and ugly. Stains on furniture and curtains, dust on all lighting and wall pictures, moldy ice maker, filthy balcony furniture. We had fun on the property but the unit was not worth the money. We traveled with 4 other families that stayed at High Pointe and their units were updated and clean. It is worth mentioning that our unit was the only unit that did not include beach chairs and umbrella. Will NOT stay at this unit again.

million dollar property with poor furnishings

wonderful location, great view! furnishings were awful; no walk in shower; stepping in and out of large tub was dangerous; nothing to hold on to; appliances were from 1980; tv remote and operation of tv also from the 80's; several lights out or not working; unit was not clean, including dishes, silver ware etc; NOT ONE bedroom or bathroom door locks were functional; towels were from Motel 6; would never recommend this place

Girls Trip

The property was great for our group of 6, the bedrooms were setup for adults. The unit is nice except for the kitchen. The countertops need replacing badly, the appliances could use a refresh as well. The property managers were quick to answer my questions and High Pointe is a really convenient place to stay. We parked our cars and walked everywhere. Would we stay in this unit again??? If the upgrades were made, most certainly yes!

Girl’s Trip

The property is in need of updates (ceilings have water stains, appliances need replacing, other minor repairs). I and several friends that were with me have rented through VRBO for several years but this was undoubtedly the dirtiest unit any of us have ever rented. There were bottle caps and other garbage throughout the condo, an open bottle of unknown fluid in the closet, hair balls on the furniture, dirty dishes in the cabinets and the beds had obviously not been cleaned under for ages. The rental company did offer to send someone over to clean but by that time we had taken care of most of it ourselves.
