The main draw of these cottages are the proximity to the beach which is just steps away. It’s very basic and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The host leaves needed items for the week. It’s dog friendly! We had a wonderful time as we always do at 2 Fish Cay. Our adjacent neighbors were all friendly which added to the experience.

The cottage was very clean! Kitchen was well stocked to make cooking easy location to the Beach and area activities was awesome.David the owner was very, very, nice. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

Wow what a vacation! It was just me and my dog and we LOVED the cottage. It’s right on the ocean. We would walk to the ocean every morning, enjoy the beach all day and then have meals in the cottage. The cottage was clean and beautiful. It was the perfect escape from reality. I will definitely be returning. Also, wonderful host and other guests in the other cottages.

We love this spot. It’s pet friendly and super clean. The little houses were built in 1950 and have tons of character. All one level. Outdoor shower and foot rinse station at each house. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Several adult friends had a spectacular stay at Hootie for a memorable 4th of July weekend. So close to the beach and so much to see & do made for a great vacation!

Enjoyed our stay. Even tho the weather did not cooperate, the cottage was cozy. It was clean and comfy. Great location! Would definitely stay again.

First time in the Outer Banks

We had a wonderful time staying in the Hootie and the Bluefish cottage. Loved the private beach access. Very cozy little cottage.

Prime location!

The long weekend stay at Hootie and blue fish was amazing! The location is great and just a few steps away from the beach! The cottage is clean and have a nice kitchen for cooking! A great choice if you plan for a family trip to OBX!

Nags Head Hootie and the Blue Fish

We were so lucky to get to stay here! Steps from the beach, cute cottage, dog friendly and walking distance to a great little restaurant. We had the best time!
