• Convenience: We feature bamboo and tile flooring throughout, plus a dedicated laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Location & Logistics

PLEASE NOTE: The building elevator is currently out of service. Guests will need to use the stairs. We have discounted our rates by 15% to accommodate this inconvenience.

We are perfectly positioned just 100 yards from the beach, within easy walking distance to Tybee’s Historic Pier, local restaurants, and signature shops. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive from the charm of Historic Savannah, River Street, and City Market.

However, please be aware that the elevator is not always available and is subject to periodic maintenance. As we do not manage the building's infrastructure, we cannot guarantee its operation. If elevator access is essential for your stay, please keep this in mind prior to booking.

• House Rules: This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

• Local Hosts: This is our second home, and since we live just minutes away, we are always just a phone call away if you need anything at all.
