Geoff was a gracious host and brought us apples from the Orchard. The space was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and had a nice fireplace in the master bedroom. Would highly recommend staying here.

The suite was very comfortable and well-appointed. The shower was great, and the setting was very quiet. I slept extremely well there and enjoyed getting up early to hear owls in the trees nearby. I would love to stay here again.

Really spacious west wing, perfect for a family of 4 or two couples. Tucked in a mountainside through a trail, very serene and peaceful escape. Geoff was very communicative and polite. Thank you very much for the stay!

Very unique situation, Wonderful master suite, best for one couple. Fruit trees in full bloom and tasty. Quiet location, up a dirt road. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Four of us only stayed one night. We really appreciated the peaceful beauty of the property and the lodging. Our host was very gracious and helpful. The place exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend!

Geoff was very quick to reply to all of the messages that we sent. The property is beautiful and TRANQUIL. No road noise at all. Last mile to the property can be a bit tedious to navigate if there is an oncoming car, but besides that it was a pleasant stay.

Everyone agreed it was a fabulous stay and would definitely stay there again. The place felt comfortable the minute we stepped in. From the site photos, I was expecting an oversized hotel room but instead it was like a small house with two separate sleeping rooms/area plus the living room with the sofabed. The four of us were very comfortable with plenty of room inside and out. The place was super clean. Loved the proximity to Santa Cruz and Capitola while being far from the crowds with a nice drive.Geoff was wonderful and provided excellent directions to his place. I appreciated that he's an experienced host, been renting the wing of the house for many years and the space is a dedicated rental (vs someone "subletting" their home for the weekend)

This is a beautiful home and Geoff is very attentive. I hope to come back. The driveway in is very nice lined with trees.

Beautiful property and wonderful host! We especially loved the main bedroom with its very comfortable king sized bed and fireplace. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Geoff was great! Loved the tour, and loved the gong. He is very good at explaining, and while the drive is a bit long on the way up, he gives great instructions.
