Welcome to Ocean Walk E-14!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Ocean Walk Community. Ocean Walk is a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a pond. Amenities on site include two pools (one of which is heated from September - April each year), a fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with internet access.

Ocean Walk E-14 is a two bedroom two bathroom, comfortably updated condo. Large living room with large flat screened TV. There is a small patio off of the living room. The kitchen has been completely upgraded - even the flooring! The Master bedroom features a queen bed with en-suite bath featuring a tub/shower combination. The guest room has a double bed. The 2nd full bathroom is also a tub/shower combination.

So much to do, fish in the lake or feed the ducks. Play basketball, or swing at the playground, or have a good work out in the exercise room that over looks the lake. Ocean Walk is a short walk to the pier where crabbing is always fun. Build sand castles or fly kites at the beach. You can ride bikes over the entire Island. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk.

This condo is an upstairs unit. There are no elevators at Ocean Walk.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• 1 mile to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

I found a sharpener in my last day that I wish I had found earlier for some of the knives. 😂 Beds were comfortable, and the living room furniture was pretty comfortable. This unit is close to the larger pool but not noisy. Would stay here again!

Somewhat disappointing

We enjoyed the St. Simon and Jekyll island areas, especially the restaurants and beaches. This unit was comfortable, but much smaller than it appeared in the pictures especially the bathrooms! Our major complaint was that it was without the basic necessities such as Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags and toiletries… there were none at all. We were provided 1 pot holder to use as a dish rag… We called and the management company did bring these items to us, but we should not have needed to ask. Every vrbo in the past has provided these basic items plus more! Also, there were 2 lamps not working even after we changed the bulbs. The beds and pillows could have been improved and updated. The community was clean and quiet, however not walking distance to the Village Pier… over 2 miles. This condo could definitely use some TLC, a deep cleaning and updating!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this condo. We stay at Ocean Walk regularly. Real Escapes Property was professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Not Bad

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price and a last minute trip, this condo was nice. The property is older but this unit has had some updates. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The pool area could use some upgrades - pool furniture is old. Be sure to bring anything you might need to cook with (oils, salt, pepper, sugar), there was nothing there. It was a pleasant and easy walk to the village. Beach access is further so we chose to drive. The staff was very responsive and communicative. Overall, not a bad affordable option.

Lovely, clean, and convenient

Just a perfect place to stay on St. Simons! Close to the pier, village, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Ended up coming alone but met up with family nearby. Felt completely safe. Would definitely stay here again!

good location but wouldn’t go back unless certain things change

The condo was decorated well and is in a good location, but those are the only positives. Didn’t love that you have to pickup & drop off the keys at a separate location. All of the bed pillows were very old and super uncomfortable. Needs to be updated asap. They left us with only the one trash bag in the trash can. There is one tiny pan (no pizza pan) for cooking. Neither bathroom contained a hair dryer. We’ve stayed at many rentals and this has never happened. They need to invest in at least one to keep on property. Thankfully we always bring travel size shampoo and conditioner, but there was none of those either. I sent a message to the host on Friday asking about it. It’s Monday and haven’t heard back. It could be great, but certain things are lacking and need to be taken care of.

Great place!

We had a great time staying at this property! The location is great because it’s a short drive to the beach access. The pier is so close, which was great for eating and shopping. The unit is nicely decorated, and the check in/out process was so easy. I definitely recommend this unit!
