Welcome to Ocean Walk E-14!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Ocean Walk Community. Ocean Walk is a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a pond. Amenities on site include two pools (one of which is heated from September - April each year), a fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with internet access.

Ocean Walk E-14 is a two bedroom two bathroom, comfortably updated condo. Large living room with large flat screened TV. There is a small patio off of the living room. The kitchen has been completely upgraded - even the flooring! The Master bedroom features a queen bed with en-suite bath featuring a tub/shower combination. The guest room has a double bed. The 2nd full bathroom is also a tub/shower combination.

So much to do, fish in the lake or feed the ducks. Play basketball, or swing at the playground, or have a good work out in the exercise room that over looks the lake. Ocean Walk is a short walk to the pier where crabbing is always fun. Build sand castles or fly kites at the beach. You can ride bikes over the entire Island. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk.

This condo is an upstairs unit. There are no elevators at Ocean Walk.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• 1 mile to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property. Live streaming through Sling.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Great Quiet Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dad and son stayed two nights in June at this condo. Had a great time. Perfect layout with comfy quiet bedrooms. Everything up to date and everything you need for cooking. The outside couch kind of sagged and seemed a little old but really didn't hang out there much so no big deal. Short walk to town is the beauty of Ocean Walk as is the less than 10 minute drive to the beaches.

Loved the condo!!! It was almost perfect!!! Only issue I had was sheets were dirty when we started to bed that night. I called the after hours number and they brought another set of sheets. We were just tired and then had to wait on them. I did not get the lady's name. She was really nice. I did hate that she had to get out at11pm to bring sheets.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. This was our 2nd time at OW in a different unit. It was a bit disappointing. On arrival the AC filter was completely filthy. The dryer vent was clogged resulting in lint overflow both inside/outside the unit..The shower curtain in the MB although looked new was moldy. Coffee maker needs clean filters. Refrigerator shelves on bottom missing. The kitchen was not well appointed for a 10 day stay. Could be updated a bit & cleaner.

Somewhat disappointing

We enjoyed the St. Simon and Jekyll island areas, especially the restaurants and beaches. This unit was comfortable, but much smaller than it appeared in the pictures especially the bathrooms! Our major complaint was that it was without the basic necessities such as Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags and toiletries… there were none at all. We were provided 1 pot holder to use as a dish rag… We called and the management company did bring these items to us, but we should not have needed to ask. Every vrbo in the past has provided these basic items plus more! Also, there were 2 lamps not working even after we changed the bulbs. The beds and pillows could have been improved and updated. The community was clean and quiet, however not walking distance to the Village Pier… over 2 miles. This condo could definitely use some TLC, a deep cleaning and updating!
