The property is ideal for a beachfront stay. Love this location. The couch has a large slice in the arm, the floorboards in the kitchen are gapped, the beds are not the most comfortable and pillows are flat. Now, the AC is cold, the water is hot, the location is ideal.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and spacious for the 8 of us and the beds were comfortable. The ocean front view from was the balcony was gorgeous and the access to the beach from the balcony doorway/stairs was absolutely perfect! The communication with the host was easy and check in/check out was smooth. We will stay again in the future if we travel back to Seagrove Beach.

Had a very nice week here. Layout of the condo is great and beach access was really nice. Our one complaint was that all the towels smelled like cigarettes and we had to wash them all. The wrapped toilet paper also smelled like cigarettes. The unit itself did not smell like smoke. Host was very responsive to questions. Having a pool would have been nice but we survived. Some floor updates in the kitchen are needed and the couch had a rip in the seam. Overall we liked the location and the beach. Very nice trip.

We just spent a wonderful week here! The condo was beautiful and the location right on the beach was perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having coffee every morning. The beach wasn’t crowded and we loved the umbrellas and chairs set up for us everyday. We would definitely still in this beautiful condo again!

Perfect beach week for our group of 7. The beach view doesn’t get much better. We loved the steps out the back of the condo so the kids could run back for the bathroom while we watched. Beach was not crowded and loved the daily chair set up. The chair attendant stayed all day and would come and move our chairs or umbrellas as needed. A quick drive to fun restaurants. Such a great trip, we will be back!

We stayed with our two sets of twins (total two adults and four kids ages almost 3 and 5). It was perfect for us, and the beach set up with chairs and umbrellas was so incredibly helpful. We loved just walking down the stairs with some towels and toys to sit and enjoy the beautiful beach. The condo was the perfect size and came with everything you needed. We enjoyed the property management team who was responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Well worth the price!

Could not ask for a better location. We love sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the mornings and walking down the stairs right out on the sand is amazing. Condo was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We love the Sugar Dunes and this was our favorite unit so far. It was perfect for us, comfortable and decorated just like we would want our own beach house. We look forward to returning!

Great Location, Well Equipped Condo

The location and private beach were excellent! Condo is well maintained and has everything you need. Very easy access to the beach.

Clean, beautiful condo nestled off the more built-up parts of 30a. Gorgeous beach views. We enjoyed our stay!

Just what we were looking for !

We were looking for a quiet place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and we truly enjoyed our stay. We got that and more.
