It is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room has comfortable furnishings with a 39 inch flat tv with Dtv streaming service and Wifi internet.
The master bedroom has beautiful furniture with a king bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV with Dtv steaming service and Wifi internet. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with also a 32 inch flat screen TV with Dtv streaming service and Wifi internet for your enjoyment. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six persons. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has Formica counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker. The condo has carpeting in both bedrooms and living room area, while the rest of the unit is tile. The open balcony will allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.
