Beach Happy!-Nice ocean view Hilton Head Villa
Top-floor villa with private east-facing ocean views and afternoon shade! Cozy and affordable, featuring a queen bed with smart TV, two small bunks (with a privacy door), and a queen sleeper sofa. Best suited for a couple with 2-3 kids. Enjoy central air, fast WiFi, two smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee makers. Direct beach access onsite and just a short walk to Coligny Plaza, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Our host was very kind and responded quickly to messages. The condo was very clean and looked as pictured. You can see the ocean from the balcony and you can walk to the beach in minutes. It is kind of small, but I feel that was easy to tell through the pictures. It was perfect for a little family of 4.We will definitely keep this on our list for HHI.

The property manager was more than helpful.

we booked this without knowing much about the area. But we were very delighted when we arrived. The condo was nice, and quiet. It did take us awhile to locate various places around the island because we were not used to all of the trees. Over all expirence was good. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Location
The location was great. Easy access to beach and walking and biking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Close to shops, food and bars.

Paradise!
A wonderful place to stay while in Hilton Head: great communication with the property owner, condo was well stocked and spotless, great location close to the beach and shopping center. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Hilton Head area.

Getaway at Hilton Head
We made a last minute decision to drive to Hilton Head and we weren’t disappointed. We stayed at the Villas and it was gorgeous. Clean, close to everything and affordable. Thank you for keeping in contact with us and allowing us a little slice of heaven

Great Couples Retreat
My husband and I stayed at the property for my birthday weekend and it was perfect for us! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very gracious and we appreciated their hospitality. It’s in a great location on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. We were really happy with everything and would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Very close to beach but very compact unit.
Small unit. Very close to beach and restaurants. Necessities provided. Overall just what we needed

Perfect getaway
My husband and i rarely get to take vacation time so when we do, we wanna relax. We did just that in this villa. It had a beautiful ocean view and was literally steps to the beach. We loved the gated access and we felt very safe. Conveniently located near everything you need!!! We will visit again!!!

Small but very close to the beach
This was fine for 3 people but anymore would be cramped. The room was clean and there is a view of the ocean.
The walk to the beach was no problem at all this is why we came and the beach was nice, even the stingrays and jellyfish must be careful!!

Glad you enjoyed! Yes, 520 square foot as stated in the listing. Can be tight over three but some people don't want to pay for a two bedroom and make it work!
