Great location, host commutation.Very outdated, some simple staff ( trash cans, beach chairs, pillows, blankets, beach towels etc should be replaced)

Our host was very kind and responded quickly to messages. The condo was very clean and looked as pictured. You can see the ocean from the balcony and you can walk to the beach in minutes. It is kind of small, but I feel that was easy to tell through the pictures. It was perfect for a little family of 4.We will definitely keep this on our list for HHI.

A new place to explore.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we booked this without knowing much about the area. But we were very delighted when we arrived. The condo was nice, and quiet. It did take us awhile to locate various places around the island because we were not used to all of the trees. Over all expirence was good. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This condo is a great location with a new view. Very convenient. The condo had what was needed. Our biggest issue was the couch. We had planned to use the pull out couch as sleeping for an adult (as stated as an option). When we opened it up, it was covered in stains and hair. Very thin with springs, gross and uncomfortable. They provide a single size egg crate in the closet to help. It was covered in hair. We tried to put the bed back in the couch and the frame is bent. Unfortunately, the adult just slept on the couch for the rest of the trip. That shouldn’t be listed as a sleeping option if that’s the state it is in. The couch also has stains all over it. It probably needs to be replaced as a whole.

Great Location

The location was great. Easy access to beach and walking and biking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Close to shops, food and bars. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

Paradise!

A wonderful place to stay while in Hilton Head: great communication with the property owner, condo was well stocked and spotless, great location close to the beach and shopping center. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Hilton Head area.

Getaway at Hilton Head

We made a last minute decision to drive to Hilton Head and we weren’t disappointed. We stayed at the Villas and it was gorgeous. Clean, close to everything and affordable. Thank you for keeping in contact with us and allowing us a little slice of heaven

Great Couples Retreat

My husband and I stayed at the property for my birthday weekend and it was perfect for us! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very gracious and we appreciated their hospitality. It’s in a great location on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. We were really happy with everything and would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

My website clearly states that it is 520 square foot and my listing says "cozy and affordable". The space works great for a couple or small family looking for an affordable place to stay ocean front!
