When you arrive at the home, there is ample parking on the concrete paved driveway and with just a few steps, you can enter the home through the ground floor dry entry. Step up to the bedroom level where you'll find a king master bedroom with TV and DVD, another bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and another with queen that has access to a covered private deck for some relaxing in the shade. The laundry room is located on the bedroom level which means no running up or down stairs for fresh towels. There are ceiling fans throughout the home, including one in each bedroom. The top level of the home features the great room, kitchen and the fourth bedroom, also with a king bed. The bright, well-appointed kitchen provides ample conveniences for creating great meals and enjoying them together at the large dining table. The open living and dining area offers a comfortable gathering place for the family to sit and enjoy a movie or casual conversation. The living area TV and DVD are accompanied by a number of books, DVDs and games. Step outside onto the top deck and you will also enjoy the ocean and sunset views and a dip in the large, 6 person hot tub. This comfortable home with its surf loving decor, convenient location to the beach and shops provides the setting for a wonderful great getaway spot for the entire family.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
