Unit 91- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This newly renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The large living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled. The comfortably furnished enclosed patio with sliding windows, allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Unbelievable views

Great condo with jaw dropping sunrise and sunset views. Very clean and as described. Right on the beach and within a short walk/ride to the Village and other shops.

Gorgeous View and Fabulous Location

The condo was a corner unit with views of the ocean on two sides. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Palm Bay Club 091- 8/2-8/5

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a GREAT experience first 1 1/2 day stay. Our last day we awoke to an expected tropical storm (Debby) but found windows leaking. We spent over 14 hours trying to keep the owners place protected, drying towels, wring out towels to protect the floors. 13 cups on windowsills catching huge amounts of water. Electric outlets in floor were hot to touch and felt this was definitely a fire code violation. Received more towels after calls to office and security but could no longer maintain the wetness. The front office was aware of condo needing repairs but did not offer to move us. I know that acts of nature could not be helped, but maintenance to condo can be. Given $232 refund which I feel is not sufficient as on our last day, 5 of us spent working hard to protect your property. I have photos and video if needed and Sean from security witnessed this.

Dream Views of Gorgeous Siesta Key Beaches!

The views from this unit are absolutely breathtaking! We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to surround themselves with gorgeous beach views. The unit was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved waking up to views out our bedroom windows of the ocean. It truly is an incredible location - you feel like you are in a dream when you walk in the door and look out all the windows....this is a very special place!

Incredible sunset and sunrise views

Sunrises and sunsets from this 9th floor corner unit are spectacular! We loved taking it all in from this location. The unit was clean and well appointed just as advertised.

Very convenient for my parents in their 80s-take the elevator down to lobby and you are 50 feet from the beach (200 feet to water). Enjoyed our stay, despite the beach being covered in seaweed due to last hurricane in the area. They worked hard to get it cleared. So many things to do and see in the area. Palm Bay is in a great location. Great staff and tidy grounds.

Perfect family vacation

Law actually got stranded for 29 minutes on the elevator one day. Sofa and love seat need to be replaced. But even with these small issues we rented two condos and the entire family had a wonderful time. We loved the privacy the Palm Bay Club offers!

The most common question I got there from other vacationers was “have you stayed here before?”... I would say “no this this the first time” and they always said “yeah it’s a beautiful place, we come here every year”. That speaks volume!

Couldn't Beat the View!

Great property and would book it again. They did a fantastic job supplying toilet paper (we did buy a little extra since there were 4 of us), towels, blankets, etc., but some other places also include simple things like salt and pepper or sugar. I know, a very small statement, but it makes for less thinking and waste. Overall, it was another great week in Siesta Key :)
