Nice

The loft is clean and nicely decorated. It's small but fine for 2-3 people. Great spot right in the heart of downtown FoCo. A little noisy at night on the weekend but that is to be expected if you're staying downtown in a college town.

Nice place, great location. It was noisy, especially when the train horn blowing in the middle of the night, nothing they can do about that.

Could not get a better location and place to stay in Ft Collins. Place is clean and well put together and absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to check out old town area

Great place

Clean, cozy place within easy walking distance of a lot of great bars, restaurants and shops. Don’t miss MOBB distillery…great spot off the beaten path. Condo is awesome…highly recommend.

Great location in FoCo

Great location and spot in town. Beds were comfortable. We did hear some late night partying and early morning trains, but it didnt detract from the expierence. We would stay here again!

Perfect Staycation!

We loved our stay in the apartment. The views of Old Town Square were great, it was the perfect location to go out on the town, and the amenities were just what we needed to be able to cook a little, relax a little, and be comfortable! The beds were comfortable as well. The place was very clean and well kept.

Good location

The rental was in a great location. There’s just a few odds and ends to fix like lightbulbs that were out, Wi-Fi that was spotty and the queen bed sheets had a stain. But you can’t be the location within old town

Great location!

The property was clean, comfortable, and in the heart of old town! We would definitely rent this loft again!! Our only suggestion is to provide extra blankets.

Great location with lots of character

This is our second time staying here. Great location with lots of character. Easy check in and check out. Old Town can be a little noisy at night, but that's the trade off for the amazing location. We'll be back again for sure.

Nice Location!

Had a college friend and her daughter visit from Chicago to look at schools so we decided to stay a night in Fort Collins. This Condo was absolutely perfect and the location couldn't have been more perfect with it being right in the heart of town near restaurants and shops. The owner was quick to respond and very thoughtful. Thank you for sharing your home! We'll book again.

Great spot

Overall wonderful experience and I will be back. Next time (and if you’re a light sleeper) might need to bring a white noise machine or fan to drown out the road noise and the Old Town party crowd from about 10pm-2am.

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Clean place. Easily accessible 2 nice bedrooms. Couldve used a 2nd key as therw were two families.

Old town getaway

We ditched our kids with my mom who was in from out of town over the Thanksgiving holiday to do a little shopping as well as getting a much-needed break. This place was just as we hoped. The location can’t be beat, coffee shop is right downstairs, comedy club is 5 minutes walk , and restaurants are in every direction. Also, we had a great time watching the snow fall from the big windows. We hope to be back soon!

Right in downtown area

This loft like location was in the middle of downtown Ft Collins. Online booking and info was easy and simple. the rooms were big and the beds comfy, kitchen and living were perfect size. Very affordable, would recommend to anyone traveling for a fun stay in downtown. Only request would be a fan for the bedrooms during the summer.
