Nice

The loft is clean and nicely decorated. It's small but fine for 2-3 people. Great spot right in the heart of downtown FoCo. A little noisy at night on the weekend but that is to be expected if you're staying downtown in a college town.

Nice place, great location. It was noisy, especially when the train horn blowing in the middle of the night, nothing they can do about that.

Good location

The rental was in a great location. There’s just a few odds and ends to fix like lightbulbs that were out, Wi-Fi that was spotty and the queen bed sheets had a stain. But you can’t be the location within old town

Nice Location!

Had a college friend and her daughter visit from Chicago to look at schools so we decided to stay a night in Fort Collins. This Condo was absolutely perfect and the location couldn't have been more perfect with it being right in the heart of town near restaurants and shops. The owner was quick to respond and very thoughtful. Thank you for sharing your home! We'll book again.

Old town getaway

We ditched our kids with my mom who was in from out of town over the Thanksgiving holiday to do a little shopping as well as getting a much-needed break. This place was just as we hoped. The location can’t be beat, coffee shop is right downstairs, comedy club is 5 minutes walk , and restaurants are in every direction. Also, we had a great time watching the snow fall from the big windows. We hope to be back soon!

Visiting CSU?

We came for a college tour and chose this for its location. Everything is within walking distance… cute shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The loft was clean with comfy beds. You do get a bit of town noise at all hours of the night but it was expected. Parking is not provided but the cheap lot around the corner was sufficient.

Nice little condo

This was a nice little condo to stay at. Plenty of places to walk to shop and eat. We were in town for a softball tournament and being right above Kilwins chocolate shop was definitely a hit. The only complaint I would mention is the beds are very very soft and this is nothing the owner can prevent but 4 of the 7 mornings we were woken up by the garbage truck out the back window that was very loud. But like I said that isn't anything the owner can prevent. We love the little town and would definitely stay again.

Great place

Clean, cozy place within easy walking distance of a lot of great bars, restaurants and shops. Don’t miss MOBB distillery…great spot off the beaten path. Condo is awesome…highly recommend.

Great spot

Overall wonderful experience and I will be back. Next time (and if you’re a light sleeper) might need to bring a white noise machine or fan to drown out the road noise and the Old Town party crowd from about 10pm-2am.

Old Town Is Cool

Great little place. A review or 2 might have mentioned noise from outside. Dad and I were in the condo watching basketball for three straight days over St. Patrick’s Day weekend, and yes, we could hear some noise, the occasional booming car going by, but nothing that overpowered the sound of a basketball game on TV. and I never heard anything at night. Dad said he heard a train horn one night but that was about it. If bars and restaurants are your thing this is the place. My son goes to school at CSU so we have spent a lot of time in Fort Collins and it is unbelievable how many restaurants and bars there are in old town. Yes most of them are populated by kids who look about 12 to me but if you’re there in the afternoon or during the day you basically had the place to yourself. At night it looked like a wild party down there. Ram band night on Thursday night when all the college kids go out looks pretty crazy. And then Friday was St. Patrick’s Day and that was a giant party for a whole day. But by midnight it was quiet. There is a fantastic Greek gyro cart parked right on the corner outside of the condo. I know I put on 5 pounds eating two gyros and a sausage at sometime after midnight both nights. Highly recommended. We had a great view of all of it from the windows. Two very comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, a kitchen with everything you could possibly need, every restaurant and bar imaginable within walking distance. What more could you want.

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Clean place. Easily accessible 2 nice bedrooms. Couldve used a 2nd key as therw were two families.

Just ok!

Too many stairs to climb at 76. No coffee for 1st morning. Loved going down to Starry Nights Coffee each morning though! Delicious! Hard climbing back upstairs with hot coffee! Had to go to bed at 9:00 because of harsh overhead lighting,—no lamps in living room! Uncomfortable bed and pillows! Otherwise it was a nice adventure.

Cool modern place in the middle of the fun

Great location, comfy digs, had the best weekend! Definitely recommend if you’re ok with a little late evening “bar friends finding their way home” noise (truly not a big deal tho); to me it’s a fair trade off for being just steps away from all the fun

Great Place to Stay in Old Town

The location of this property is great! Love the old town area and all the walkable places nearby. Would stay here again. Would recommend owner include a welcome notebook with instructions for guests (TV instructions, garbage/recycling, what to do upon leaving, etc). There is no streaming device for TV to watch netflix, hulu, etc. Kitchen items VERY SPARSE. Nothing for oven use.

Great location with lots of character

This is our second time staying here. Great location with lots of character. Easy check in and check out. Old Town can be a little noisy at night, but that's the trade off for the amazing location. We'll be back again for sure.

There were problems...

We were happy to arrive after a long hot day of driving. The apartment is cute and has many nice touches. The paid parking structure is a few blocks away, rarely are there spots on the street. As one reviewer commented “Parking is a concern so you need to be prepared.” Later that evening, when we finally peeled back the sheets to hop in bed, we found about a dozen hairs, large and small, dark and light, between the sheets. Yuck. I contacted the host to ask where I could find other sheets to put on the bed. He replied by saying we should contact the cleaners. It was late so we decided to sleep in the smaller bed. It was a rough night, lots of street noise (expected) and uncomfortable bedding. The next morning when I got in the shower I was greeted with a shower curtain liner that should have been replaced long ago. Next was breakfast: dishes had not been washed properly and were sticky on the back. Most of them were chipped. One glass even had a chip on the rim-dangerous! Luckily we like to share as there was only one butter knife. All along we were trying to get connected to the wifi unsuccessfully. The host checked if we had the correct password because the wifi was working for the neighbors. We did. These problems were making it impossible to enjoy visiting Fort Collins. We did not have time to coordinate with the cleaners or troubleshoot the wifi. Because we needed wifi and a clean place to sleep we decided to leave. The host offered to refund our cleaning fee and some rent instead of writing a poor review. We declined and suggested he use those funds to deep clean the apartment, upgrade the bedding and replace the dishes. If those things get done it will be a great place to stay, especially if you want to enjoy the FOCO night life.
