Everything is great about the location. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and comfortable, all amenities were good. Only downside is the noise at night. Can hear all the traffic and people in the streets. It’s a college town so it goes on very late. If you want to be in Old Town it is perfect

Amy, thank you for the wonderful review and so glad you guys had a nice, comfortable and clean stay. However, I am sorry if you did not see the part in our description that "noise can be an issue" especially considering that we are in a college town and in the heart downtown Fort Collins overlooking old town Square. We definitely have a very thriving nightlife, especially over tour de fat weekend, which is arguably one of the most and exciting week/weekends of the summer. Thank you again for staying with us and so glad you guys had a great time.

Nice, spacious, clean, loft right in the heart of Old Town FOCO. Owner had excellent communication. Loft is over busy street with late night bars which is disclosed in the listing (we found noise tolerable, but more sensitive folks should be cautious). Nearby Parking Garage was 1 per hour.

Great location if you want to be in the Old Town area. Parking was an issue on Friday & Saturday as Old Town had a lot going on. Listing said "parking available" so I assumed the rental had a dedicated spot. It wasn't until we received the check-in instructions that we found out otherwise. Loft was very nice, but the primary bedroom doesn't really have a useable closet to hang clothes. We knew it would be noisy staying on College Ave, but it was much louder than expected on Friday & Saturday nights (original windows probably don't block much noise). If you plan on doing any cooking, you will need to clean the dishes before leaving (no dishwasher). Starry Night coffee shop on ground floor had great baked good. Lots of good restaurants and shops in the area.

I have no idea where you ever saw that you thought you had a designated parking spot We do not advertise nor list that anywhere in our listing. There are very few if any designated downtown parking spots that is why there are multiple parking structures Thought Town. Also, I'm sorry that you picked arguably one of the most rowdy football weekends of the entire year as it was the first game of the season as well as the border war against Wyoming, which is notoriously a very rowdy and loud weekend. Thanks again for the review and glad you guys had a nice comfortable clean stay.

This is a wonderful property! It is right in the middle of Old Town. The facility is first rate. We loved being on top of a great coffee shop. The only issue is parking in Old Town. We noticed that there was private parking. Maybe it would be possible to snag one spot near the building. We loved our stay here.

This loft is exactly what you hope it would be. Right in the middle of Old Town, cozy and cool loft vibes. The kitchen is small, obviously, but we still managed to make a few meals in without much trouble. The A/C works well which was surprisingly in an old space. We actually were a little chilly in the main space and a little warm in the large front room, but there is a fan in the closet and when we angled it in the doorway to bring in the cool air, it was perfect.Great bathtub too! The best tub I've had at a rental.Parking out front was a little harder late in the day. We got a spot but had to cross traffic. We had zero issues getting a curbside spot the morning we were leaving. Garage parking for overnights was very close and easy.

The location was fantastic—close to the square and all the shops, and even better, right above a coffee shop. Having fresh pastries and coffee just steps away was such a nice surprise.The only downside was parking. If you can’t find a spot directly in front of the VRBO, the walk can be a bit far.Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It is a little pricey, but you’re really paying for the prime location.

Location, location, location

This place was great. Easy check-in, host was responsive, the property was spotless and it was right in the heart of Old Town - an easy stroll to restaurants and shops. My son is attending CSU and we're planning to rent again during our next visit

Our Favorite VRBO

We loved our stay at the loft! It was clean, modern, nicely decorated and it was the perfect location! We walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring downtown. From shopping to food to coffee to bars, the downtown location had it all.

The Saturday night noise from the street/bars/restaurants made it difficult to sleep. They provided a noise machine, but it wasn’t enough. The loft itself was adorable and well decorated.

Pretty bummed to receive a four star review based on noise when we clearly note that "noise can be a factor" especially being located in the heart of downtown overlooking old town Square on one of the busiest Saturday nights of the fall. So glad you enjoyed the loft and had a great time but next time you may want to stay somewhere a little farther from the action.

A Little Gem in Ft Collins

Perfect location/walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants in downtown Ft Collin. Very clean and well kept property. Big bonus… coffee shop just downstairs!

Great central Ft Collins loft

Loved our stay. Beautiful loft, comfy beds, right in the center of town. Definitely more for adults and you have to haul your stuff up a ling flight of stairs as there is no secure parking.

We loved the space and location. Only issue was no coffee for the coffee machine. And needed more accurate parking information.This is a gem! And we want to come back as soon as we can. Ideal!

Also, please know for next time that in the guest check-in instructions there is a very large section in regards to "parking" alone discussing all of the parking options from parking structures, free parking side streets, etc. I'm sorry that you missed that. Also, we don't provide coffee considering we are directly above one of the best coffee shops in all of Fort Collins, but there is a coffee maker there as you know. Adorable loft in the middle of Old Town

Great place in a great location! Adorable coffee shop right downstairs and ice cream right next door! Ear plugs came in handy, especially on Friday and Saturday night. Would stay here again for sure!
