Enjoy our luxurious, Beachfront, 12th floor condo located in the desirable west-end of Panama City Beach with a huge balcony (largest in Panama City Beach), and amazing views!

When you step into our beautifully decorated unit, you will be hit with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico! Our condo's open layout allows you to have spectacular ocean views from nearly every living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. You have direct access to our extra-large 10’ x 28’ balcony via the living area and also the master bedroom. Our balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, spend relaxing afternoons and view fabulous sunsets while listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves!

Our unit is smoke free. 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps six people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper in the living area.

During your stay, enjoy complimentary umbrella beach service with 2 padded lounge chairs from March 15 – October 31. Extra Chairs are in the condo for your use as well as Beach Towels and Beach Toys.

For your convenience, condo also comes with a reserved, covered parking place just a few feet from the elevators.

NOTE: OUR HOA WILL NOT LET US RENT TO ANY SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Best place to stay if you have young kids.

This place was amazing. It had everything you needed for the kids. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The beach was not crowded at all. You won't regret staying here. Definitely will be coming back.

Great location with an awesome stay

The property is gorgeous and central to great restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. The condo has all the essentials and is very nice, well maintained. Plenty of space for our family. It is an HOA and parking is a bit tight and limited if more than 1 vehicle but overall a lovely place to stay. Communication with property manager, ease of check in and overall experience were excellent. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at this location. Very clean. 100% pleased and will stay again. There were beach chairs and toys provided as well. Beds were comfortable. We were very informed. Owner is easy to contact with questions and very quick to respond.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. It was well stocked and clean. Randy was great to work with from start to finish. The building is well maintained and the views cannot be beat. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo! Great property manager! Very clean, well maintained, well decorated and lots of little extras! Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware/pots/pans. Balcony is fabulous! Cant wait to visit again next year!!

PCB vacation

Unit worked well, it was well equipped and we loved the large balcony. The communication was excellent. We really enjoy the Tropic Winds, it’s fairly quiet and well kept. This unit was much nicer than one we previously stayed in. Definitely coming back.

Excellent Condo

We have stayed at several different condos in PCB and this was by far the best. We loved the quiet west end location and the reserved parking spot under the building was very convenient at other condos we have always had to park across the street. The condo was clean and had everything you could need. Our kids enjoyed the beach toys and having beach service included was wonderful. We can’t wait to come stay again!

Absolutely perfect location on the beach.

Brought my two daughters down here for Spring Break. Could not have picked a better place to stay. Condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The views from the balcony are amazing. The complex is very quite and extremely well kept. The stretch of beach is crystal clear and the beach chair service was the perfect touch. I wish we could have stayed longer and next time we come to PCB I will definitely stay here again.

Happy sisters

My two sisters and I spent a few days for one of my sisters birthday. Condo was as advertised. Super great location. Beautiful. Well maintained. Great pool. Getting to the beach was easy. The beach chars was an awesome bonus. Really enjoyed the large patio. Will rent again.

We were looking for a beachfront property we could use as a weekend getaway or to spend the winter months. Tropic Winds satisfied both requirements. We are both still working and aren’t able to enjoy our condo nearly as much as we would like. We made the decision to rent our condo out when available and hope we can provide a great vacation experience to our guests.

We’ve traveled to beaches around the world and found that the clean emerald water and soft white sand of Panama City Beach provided one of the best beach experiences we’ve had. We chose Tropic Winds because of it desirable Oceanfront location on the West end of the beach. It is one of the newest in all of PCB. The Oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and living areas are unmatched.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Tropic Winds offers some of the largest Oceanfront balconies in all of PCB. The layout of the condo was extremely functional, offering a great use of space and spectacular views. The reserved, covered parking just steps from the elevator made the decision all that much easier. The location is close to Pier Park and has easy access to both Front Beach and Back Beach Road. The building has a sauna, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sun deck and a huge hot tub. Gas and charcoal grills are provided for shared use on the ocean side.
